Went and bought a bronco yesterday...... ran it in last night and am 1 hour into my first pork belly burnt ends cook..... It is criminal how easy dialling in the temperture is. I will let you know how the cook goes if im not too busy having tastebud-gasms !!!!
ive been keen on a webber kettle for a while but recently seeing some good video's with drum smokers. Looking at the versatility of the drum i am fast becoming a drooling believer...
They both have their place. I absolutely LOVE my Weber kettle. Does absolutely amazing food, especially roast pork. Also does incredible reverse sear steak. I'm wanting to get into smoking, so doing a bit of research. I've been watching Aaron's videos for awhile and really enjoyed this one.
They look great man poahhh. Last year i made them for the first time, they where so tasty that i did an other batch a few days later😂😂😂 defenatly one of my favourites. Gonna do them lots more. I realy like your vids, sutch nice simple no nonsence explenation. Wish u where my naybour and learn in real life. Gonna smoke some pulled chicken today nice and simple
Sooo good. Do you use any type of mustard, mild american or another type? Any preference to mustard brand for a milder option so it doesn't affect the flavour?
Excellent method!
Thanks mate!

Yum, I'm literally salivating! haha Been so long since I've cooked something in my Offset.
Time to dust it off 🤘
I'm drooling watching this

would like to see a comparison on using the heat deflector or not using it . Maybe doing beef ribs to see if there is a taste difference.
Stay tuned. You might enjoy next weekends video 🤘

You can use olive oil as a binder or any other sauce if you don’t like mustard.
I have no doubt that would be the best pork belly in the world. Omg
Cheers mate!
Nice mate ... how do you find the ohj temp gage on the bronco ? Mines way off to what my inkbird reads
It’s relatively close!
Damn these pillows look so good man 🤤 inspired me to chuck some in! What liquid did you end up using? Would a pale ale leave to strong a taste?
Nice mate! It was a cider from memory. Umm I reckon it’d go alright if you balance it with a sweeter sauce!
Yum 😋
