Dr Ibiwunmi Oluokun Capstone Project

Dr. Ibiwumi is an alumni of the AIG Public Leaders Programme. She serves as a Medical Officer of Health and Primary Health Care Coordinator at the Lagos State Primary Healthcare Board. Her capstone project focused on reducing patient waiting time in the outpatient clinic of the Primary Healthcare Centre she coordinates. Remarkably, the project achieved a significant reduction in patient waiting time from an average of 82 minutes to below 30 minutes within three months of implementation.
