I was in all those emotions which are stored, and "locked", and finally free flying with my heart, and than you guys continue with You And The Night And The Music!!!!!... OMG, Chad...you gave space to beautiful bass lines and played Q. & A. with him... I started listening to jazz saxophone in the late 40s. I am becoming a fan of your playing. I started with Mr Hawkins with Body and Soul and throughout the years there have been too many to list who had groove and the language. My favorite was Brew Moore. I hear Phil Woods in your solos ... Were you influenced by him ? .... who dd you like listening as a young man?

Of course Chad is great and tells it like it is and we're all here for the music. But there is another lesson here - GET A SUIT THAT FITS! A tailor is your friend. If you want places to pay you to play classic jazz, it sure as hell helps to give them a visually pleasant experience too. :-)
You're playing old standards. But again and again I am surprised by the creativity of these young musicians. You improvise totally freely and in a contemporary way using these standards. This shows that not everything has been said about these numbers by a long way. Plato already said: "Art is freedom in form".
This is been great hearing some great jazz from one of my all-time favorite saxophonist. Keep up the good work. Maybe sometime we can do a trio setting with the saxophone and bass drums. If you take requests how about the song Cherokee written by Ray Noble. One of my favorite versions of it is by purple and his trio a really fantastic music I love what you do keep up the good work
