Like not only with it reliably multikill people in a bubble from the explosion and speedy casting animation on the projectile, but it's arguably the best heavy weapon for general play too, so you're not really sacrificing anything but running it.
For Witherhoard direct hits, the titan *can* survive it by stepping out of and back into the bubble rapidly. The instant replenish on the overshield will tank the damage.
Did you try the Cerberus +1? Thing is a misunderstood beast of a weapon! It can tear through a bubble, while at the same time being a primary weapon. Used it in zone control trials 2 seasons ago and it shredded 3 bubble titans in a row. (Have other fireteam members use the gun for an exponential effect).
Watching this list, I can't help but feel like 'if you know your enemy and know yourself' applies a lot here, given that Titans seem to have some of the best bubble poppers available, between sunspots and (if memory serves) Thundercrash having a very short cooldown.
fun fact about squall, it can for some ungodly reason, enter a bubble from the outside i found this out while using it to try and pop a bubble in an ib match trying for the neverspawning chest armour
@TDTProductions It’s amazing to see how far you’ve come with confidence, comedy and just lack of care for what the haters think! Great job man keep up the great work bless yo face
Cuirass of the Falling Star turns the Thundercrash into the ultimate Mayhem counter against bubble spam. Makes a normally moderate damage super into the 150mm attack from the AC130 killstreak in MW2. Breaks bubbles instantly and absolutely deletes the Titan inside. Makes the 3 star into a 4 star, not just because of the damage increase, but additionally because of the over shield you get that makes you more survivable after said counterplay.
Touch of flame and solar grenades from a warlock can kill a titan if they stay inside the bubble. It's high risk but works, due to continuous DoT and scorch.
My build for like a year now has been witherhoard, gnawing hunger or summoner, then like eagers edge or a linear, then nova or well, it’s good in legit like every mode it’s insane
Loreley Splendor works well for standing and fighting inside an opposing bubble if you're got the guts to try it. Barricades do wonders against guardians, and sunspots clean up.
Sunbracers + Solar grenade + touch of flame + ember of ashes will work. Solar grenade will burn for 8+ seconds, applying scorch, and igniting anyone dumb enough to stay inside the bubble. And as a bonus, IF you can get a melee kill you can spam the Solar grenades outside of the bubble. The lava pools will fall inside of the bubble and kill anyone in there…but it’ll take more than 1 grenade to do it that way.
One thing you missed. Peregrine's melees from a Titan can be utterly devastating to Bubble Titans. If you can pull it off right it'll do a TON of damage and maybe knock them out of the bubble at the same time. I spent the latter part of the weekend doing this to Bubble Boys to shame them for running such a basic super.
Solar grenades on warlock with the touch of flame aspect and bonus scorch fragment will kill everybody inside the bubble with ease, especially if you have the ignitions fragment. Bonus points for placing your well outside the titan bubble so they can cry when they cant kill you cuz of the healing.
I fell in love with Vortex Nova after void 3.0 and the recent buffs have made it even more enjoyable to use. Nothing like watching a guarding get flung 15m and vaporised in the middle of a black hole.
Solar grenades with the gloves that extend them and the perks cause everyone inside to ignite. Warlock solar super well, you pop the bubble if you land directly on top of it. Your sword goes straight through and everyone is easily melee'd to death.
Setinal shield works well if you pop it and charge right in. Works well if the enemy crayola muncher (sorry brother) is solo and even better if the titan has a few squatters in it with him, just charge in swinging they all drop in a few swings. Can even deal with multiple bubbles popped in one spot and even have time to spare for taking out the approaching squatters allies sometimes.
A one-two punch shotgun with a decent melee can also kill. Had quite good success pairing this with shield bash, controlled demolition and dunemarchers on sentinel, even if you don't kill the titan usually everybody in the bubble is primed. If anybody goes in and triggers the controlled demolition primers then mostly everybody in the bubble will be dead. Got quite a few multikills like that, and you don't need heavy ammo or a super. Good one-two punch options are wastelander or without remorse, which is what I used.
Witherhoard and Vortex grenade (long lasting) imo is the best way to kill a bubble. Obviously you will die, but the plan is. Get into the bubble and Witherhoard the ground and also the Vortex grenade pulls your enemy into the Vortex and Witherhoard. Either Titan will stay in the bubble or he jumps out risking himself to your team. In my opinion it's a win win.
you gotta get that titan on titan violence. bastion(the aspect, not the weapon) + offensive bulwark + peregrine greaves + shield bash = dead titan. drop your barricade for an overshield, buffalo soldier your way in, shoulder charge them out. best part is shoulder charge ill begin tracking even before you enter the bubble so its almost impossible to play against if they dont know what youre going for. just make sure you jump before the shoulder charge to activate peregrine greaves
My favourite way of popping bubbles is with Stasis Warlock. Use the Freeze Rift aspect and Empowering Rift (it has a fast animation than Healing) in combination with a 1-2 Punch Shotgun. It's very reliable! Slide in, pop rift, shove shogun barrel inside the titan!
I appreciate this on many levels. Being a bubble or stasis titan most of the time, this gives me things to look out for AND ways to counter those whom I fight. Thank you!!!
I love reading all these comments as a bubble enjoyer. 90% of the strats work… if the Titan you’re facing is afk. The only really safe and easy ways to pop a bubble is… 1. Slova Bomb 2. Thundercrash 3. Golden Gun 4. Blade Barrage. For everything else, don’t forget that void titans have suppressor grenades. And heavy ammo doesn’t spawn that often.
I personally use Peregrine Greaves shoulder charge then barricade immediately after. If there are more enemies around afterwards, I throw a vortex/solar/pulse at my feet so when everyone comes to melee me, barricade brings 'em down to 1hp and the grenade gets the kill.
I use emp freeze rift with a aggressive one two punch shotgun it’s been the most successful for me and it’s more practical too pull off in game modes like trials imo
wonderful problem: only about 3 of these are effective if the titan has even half a braincell and can press W A S or D. but i also understand that wasnt the question or the purpose of this video. which was simply, what pops the bubble well.
I was messing around with a couple friends in mayham private matches.... two titans with bubbles versus a stasis hunter in which silence and squall was a nightmare for use because there was constantly one roaming the map
Best ways I tend to use is palming the interior with Arcstrider, though you gotta be picture perfect if they’re layered :V Could always sneak a Silence and Squall inside if no one’s paying attention to you as well.
Osiomancy gloves and frostpulse both do work. Weird tech but sunbracers also are great. Gettin an actual proc with 5 nades kills the bubble and can kill inside if they are to close to the edge. Jus a single regular nade is 10 secs of dmg the ignition is a kill and lava blob rng can literally insta kill people sometimes if ya can hit a roof and rain down the blobs
Touch of flame ember of ashes solar grenade can ignite the titan inside if they turtle too much killing not only them but anyone who is inside with them. Won’t always work as they have to stay inside the bubble the entire time the grenade is going or you can get a melee off too just to make sure but it’s a very satisfying way when it does happen
I was running this with Sunbracers and the enhanced Solar grenades and it was quite effective for igniting bubbles, and also for keeping people off of normal control zones.
I love to use the big bayblade hammer with the Titan and just spin around insane those pesky bubbles. I tested out if it was worthy on Mayhem, I saw two bubbles with barricades inside and the devilish tornado of fire just nuked both Titans like nothing. I guess their faces afterwards must have been awesome. It was really nice to use it against those pesky Titans in the last Iron Banner
Always popped bubble with a simple stasis rift, from the outside. Just placed a freezing rift outside the bubble. People inside "think" they are safe, but then all hopes shatter. Because the bubble doesn't block the rift freeze.
my entire build this week has been designed to counter bubbles, worldline zero has been my heavy of choice and my god is it satisfying to teleport in and wipe an entire team of unsuspecting guardians
Once I saw all the bubbles in IB this week Witherhoard has not left my side. I've had multiple team wipes by combining it with a weakening vortex grenade or tether. Charge into the bubble, shoot your Witherhoard followed immediately by the grenade and even if you're killed the combo will wipe out the enemy team before they know what's happening.
It doesn't do jack shit to the bubble itself, but if you manage to get inside the bubble, stick a trip grenade followed up by an explosive knife (doesn't need to hit), you can one shot the titan. Remember to aim for the titan who made the bubble. Also, I do believe One-Two shotgun still works well at oneshoting wellocks and bubble titans
Landing a void weakness grenade inside the bubble and then shotgun melee, sounds inconsistent but if you can predict the bubble and hit the grenade before they pop it’s pretty solid I’ve been using it consistently on my warlock
If you really want to you can Shield Bash to push the titan out, it has a further knockback with a suppress but it is Shield Bash..... Peregrine Greaves is a very fun counter. If anti-barrier autos were a thing, Cerberus can absolutely chew through a bubble.
Shadebinder is really good at taking care of bubble. And if you don’t have your super up you can use penumbral blast to freeze the titan inside and kill them with a melee. Iceflare bolts can also give you multiple kills if they are bunched up. I believe you can kill the titan with the freeze shot from the cryo if you melee them after. Although I have not tested that but am speaking from experience with the warlock melee combo I mentioned above.
By far and away the best and most consistent I've had is lorley splendor titan and pop a barrier in the bubble, the combo of barrier and sunspot kills unreasonably fast
Loreley sprint and wall to meme on the bubble buddies. Not consistent but oh so satisfying. Titan or enemy inside needs to touch wall and will then get burnt alive or melee'd. Been my go to + Hammer supers of course.
Gathering storm is usefiel for taking care of incoming tracking nova bombs including the smaller ones that spawn. I found this out by accident in survival. Goddamn the adrenaline and excitement I felt then was immense.
I was able to sneak into the bubble and push some people out or kill with Nova Warp a few times. Well of Radiance with Falling Guillotine or Eternity's Edge also works if sacrificing yourself for the objective is necessary.

I’m not sure Nighthawk lost it’s overpenetration, I think you just used it while having the Deadshot and not the Marksman super on.
No he had marksman. The symbol was marksman.
He had marksman super on, but it can over penetrate one bubble, just not the second in his video
@@jordanfrench3295 what he said
@@juannava6718 just tried this, you still can w headshot
For Witherhoard direct hits, the titan *can* survive it by stepping out of and back into the bubble rapidly. The instant replenish on the overshield will tank the damage.
The writing for this video was INCREDIBLE. I had so many satisfying chuckles. Well done TDT team!
Does it destroy the bubble because of some hidden perks?
@@juanjosedelpinorivas7099 the perk is that it shoot a lot of boolet
Watching this list, I can't help but feel like 'if you know your enemy and know yourself' applies a lot here, given that Titans seem to have some of the best bubble poppers available, between sunspots and (if memory serves) Thundercrash having a very short cooldown.
Fire Emblem Three Houses OST "God Shattering Star"
A man of culture I see...
fun fact about squall, it can for some ungodly reason, enter a bubble from the outside
i found this out while using it to try and pop a bubble in an ib match trying for the neverspawning chest armour
I was gonna say, it seems to work fine from the outside. I'm not sure what's going on for TDT
that was actually much funnier than i had anticipated. 5 stars.
Makes the 3 star into a 4 star, not just because of the damage increase, but additionally because of the over shield you get that makes you more survivable after said counterplay.
without cuirass you completely annihilate all bubbles in range anyway and titans too from the inside
Burning maul is even better when you know how to skate. Jump and spin in quick succession and you go veeeery fast.
decreasing the hoard time from 7 to 4 was a major deal for IB this time around
sad it was done to pve aswell could've at least keep 5-6 secs instead of the old one
@@tactical_whiffer well I guess they tried to shake up pves witherhoard meta a lil
Gathering storm has been my IB bubble popping best friend, Not to mention Arc hunter is super fun exploding guardians with a punch never gets old
One thing you missed.
Not me, a Titan main, watching this to know what to look out for
Solar grenades on warlock with the touch of flame aspect and bonus scorch fragment will kill everybody inside the bubble with ease, especially if you have the ignitions fragment.
Your sword goes straight through and everyone is easily melee'd to death.
i absolutely love the wording in your scripts, it always cracks me up lol. it's a unique funny style
Me watching all these purple bubbles pop: “yes…yessss…more, I NEED MOOOOOORRRRREEEEEE”😂😂😂
This. I've had a lot of success with sentinel shield, even more compared to nova bomb.
In my opinion it's a win win.
i used to do that
I *LOVE* that you tossed in Crown-Splitter.
It is, in fact, a Sword.
⚔️
witherhoard can be counterd by carefully re entering the bubble to refill your overshield over and over, altho can be a bit difficult
Top-tier edutainment.
you gotta get that titan on titan violence. bastion(the aspect, not the weapon) + offensive bulwark + peregrine greaves + shield bash = dead titan. drop your barricade for an overshield, buffalo soldier your way in, shoulder charge them out. best part is shoulder charge ill begin tracking even before you enter the bubble so its almost impossible to play against if they dont know what youre going for. just make sure you jump before the shoulder charge to activate peregrine greaves
The only really safe and easy ways to pop a bubble is…
1. Slova Bomb
2. Thundercrash
3. Golden Gun
I like these quick paced kinda lol-jk-but-serious videos. Reminds me of JoCat's "Crap Guide" series and I need more of them for Destiny 2.
Haha, I loved it! Thanks for the laughs. The info was a bonus.
I use emp freeze rift with a aggressive one two punch shotgun it’s been the most successful for me and it’s more practical too pull off in game modes like trials imo
wonderful
problem: only about 3 of these are effective if the titan has even half a braincell and can press W A S or D.
but i also understand that wasnt the question or the purpose of this video. which was simply, what pops the bubble well.
Oh this style is just... Magnificent. Kudos to that sweet, memey script writing.
I was messing around with a couple friends in mayham private matches.... two titans with bubbles versus a stasis hunter in which silence and squall was a nightmare for use because there was constantly one roaming the map
That was the best description of a Titan bubble ever.
Best ways I tend to use is palming the interior with Arcstrider, though you gotta be picture perfect if they’re layered :V
Could always sneak a Silence and Squall inside if no one’s paying attention to you as well.
Ballistic slam+Dunemarchers are good too, the impact move the titan outside of the bubble and one melee kills him plus anyone close too
Always popped bubble with a simple stasis rift, from the outside. Just placed a freezing rift outside the bubble. People inside "think" they are safe, but then all hopes shatter.
Because the bubble doesn't block the rift freeze.
Love the crown splitter sword. I also use burning maul often in pvp lol good to know🎉
I really needed this video to show me how to deal with bubbles in tron banner. I almost tested supers against it but i didnt want to waste.
my entire build this week has been designed to counter bubbles, worldline zero has been my heavy of choice and my god is it satisfying to teleport in and wipe an entire team of unsuspecting guardians
“Intermission to watch a worm breakdance”
Me: I’m sorry wha
*breakdancing worm*
Me: HA!
“4 stars”
When i tell you... I grinded for that damn shader.... then i see this... I cant express the pure rage i felt...
Anti Sea Bear Circle. That got me laughing I will not lie. 😂
See, that scariest part about the witherhoard one is that my BF knows about that and will counter it by using his Well of Radiance in my Titan bubble
Landing a void weakness grenade inside the bubble and then shotgun melee, sounds inconsistent but if you can predict the bubble and hit the grenade before they pop it’s pretty solid I’ve been using it consistently on my warlock
A simple shoulder charge wearing Peregrine Greaves does the job all the time for me 💯
my world line is on crack from so much killing inside the bubble. thanks for the knowledge xD
God shattering star? Wasn't expecting that beauty for the intro
How the hell have i not found your channel sooner? I love your commentary .
Are those Michelin stars 😂
Gathering storm is usefiel for taking care of incoming tracking nova bombs including the smaller ones that spawn. I found this out by accident in survival. Goddamn the adrenaline and excitement I felt then was immense.
My go to fav is Blade Barrage to pop the bubble for that momentary oh shit moment followed by a Caliban's wombo combo to nuke any insiders.
I was able to sneak into the bubble and push some people out or kill with Nova Warp a few times. Well of Radiance with Falling Guillotine or Eternity's Edge also works if sacrificing yourself for the objective is necessary.
That end song lmao perfect u got my follow 🤣
The imagery you create is immaculate. Thank you.
