He's affecting an accent. It's not his natural speech. If you watch other videos where he's applying makeup to other people while narrating his natural Scottish accent is more evident. I'm not really sure how someone's skin tone has anything to do with their knowledge of their profession. Many men are in the profession of giving boob jobs, do they need to be women in order to do that? No. But your comparison is even stranger. That would be like saying you'd be surprised that the darkest toned person knows how to work with a broad range of skin tones.

It’s not about the skill of actually applying the makeup it’s knowing the tones to use for a skin tone that isn’t his. Many darker skinned models have been exposing the makeup artists in the modelling industry for completely botching makeup on set to the point they have to do their own. It’s not as easy as you would think.

Many men are in the profession of giving boob jobs, do they need to be women in order to do that? No. But your comparison is even stranger. That would be like saying you'd be surprised that the darkest toned person knows how to work with a broad range of skin tones.
@@Gloomyraindrop makeup tones are different for pale skin to dark skin. As someone who is pale I wouldn’t know what blush/ colours compliment darker skin. It’s not about the skill of actually applying the makeup it’s knowing the tones to use for a skin tone that isn’t his. Many darker skinned models have been exposing the makeup artists in the modelling industry for completely botching makeup on set to the point they have to do their own. It’s not as easy as you would think.
