Hello, yes I think it should be possible. I think you're the third student who has come to me with this. To ensure you're eligible, I recommend you email 2-3 universities and explain your situation. If they all say you're fine, then you're good to go.
Don't know about the loss of credibility of a college GPA but somebody I knew(who works for a education consultancy) told me that a score from the online GRE is apparently less credible than a score from the offline GRE because it's much more easier to cheat at the at home GRE and a lot of Indians engage in cheating which has caused Indians to come under more scrutiny during the visa application process.

@@suryakantkashyap2468 I am not sure about the nitty gritty of the whole process but I have heard that there is trend where the average GRE score during the covid times has suddenly risen to 320 which has reduced the overall credibility of the GRE. That's why unis have waived Gre scores apparently. Also during the visa interview, apparently they'll have a look at test scores. If your gre verbal score is amazing and your awa/TOEFL/IELTS scores are low then they could suspect you of cheating on the test and could reject your visa application.

For PhD, you can certainly apply without a GRE score. This is because research is the main focus for PhD applications. If you've got that, you'll be fine.
In most cases, only the GRE General Test will be required, but a few programs (like statistics for example) may ask you to take the GRE Math. Some programs may not ask for any test. So you have to go check the program requirements of your target PhD programs.

You have a pretty high GRE score. Don't go with any of the agents, this is a mistake that I made. Trust me you can get a very good university based on your GRE score and work ex. Its all about how you create your story.

Nope, the GRE is for academic ability. The IELTS is for language proficiency. So you'll need to take both, or whichever is required.
