SSDI Wisconsin I am 56 on 57 started an appeal September 20 23, now 2024 after two appeals denied with Doctor telling me I can’t stand on my feet for eight hours anymore with learning your ability dyslexia now have a free attorney wins the case gets paid loses the case don’t get paid
I’ve been able to work part time four hours a day janitor cleaning, but after like six hours last summer when I tried it after surgery on my foot, I couldn’t withstand more than six maybe seven hours tops and I was having a very hard time so I had to let you out of job after six weeks
The Grid rules mostly apply to your age when you are approved. Thus if approved at the age of 49 you could still get a CDR even when you are 57. I have read where some people did have a final CDR at the age of 57. I think that once one is approved at the age of 60 or older then a review is highly unlikely. I got approved when I was 62 and still thought I might get a review as my FRA was at 66 years and 4 months.
I’m on SSDI car accident 2017. I did trial 9mon. New pt job I love it) co worker on med leave. 3 mo under 3 months over gainful. I’m suspended this mo. SSA gave me a packet to fill out. NOW I just got diagnosed with thyroid eye disease. I’m afraid of losing my job because of the double vision impairment. She took copies of my MRI. Why? It has nothing to do with my SSDI Injuries???
SSDI denied twice got a lawyer coming up from Wisconsin never done this before 56 years years old be 57 soon I had A.D.R.C. office help me in my county and Wisconsin and everything properly. Doctors told me he couldn’t work full-time standing up anymore pills my bed along with the bad back of the foot and then my life dyslexia my life. I can’t do a sit down job at a desk so like what are my chances do you think?
Hi, I have Lupus,RA, and Neuropathy I was diagnosed in 1998 with Lupus. I just retired from the school system after 34yrs because I couldn't take the pain anymore. I didn't retire on disability because you have to not been able to work for 3 months and I had to work to make ends meet. people are telling me that I would automatically get approved for SSDI. Is this true?
Hello, I got a denial from AJ and then I received a letter from the operation headquarters stating to send more information where do I send it to Baltimore or Virginia

And I’m afraid to quit. The thyroid eye disease is badly with bulging eye. But I’m having a hard time doing my job. I feel stuck. My SSDI just got suspended. 😢😢
She took copies of my MRI showing how severe my TED is. But zero help or info. She said fill this out and bring back. I did it same day and dropped it off in the Dropbox
