Look mom, we're on TV! Thanks so much for reviewing our series, it was awesome watching along! Loved the 'but he's probably a demon' after tape two lol and the meme edits were excellent 👌
Sharpwing: We’re pleased to have done your series justice. I especially enjoyed the breath of fresh air, that the anomaly or spirit wasn’t malevolent for a change.
@TheEastPatch is your analog horror series completed now??? Or are the plans for another 6 episodes for 2 more seasons....a.k.a. 666. THE VERY END JUMPED SCARED MR.
You deserve it. Not only for it beautiful colors and characters but the story is sweet and I’m looking forward the ending. Heck I hope we get sequel someday…
This was a rather refreshing Analog Horror video! Angel Hare almost reminds me of Amanda the Adventurer, only if said entity inside said cursed tapes wanted to keep the viewer safe, but is still malevolent enough to persuade the watcher to do bad things. It's pretty clear to me that Gabby talked Jonah into killing his abusive father during a flood in his hometown. It would have made his death look like an unfortunate victim of mother nature, and not something premeditated. Yet, despite it getting a little unsettling, is it wrong that I still found some comfort in Gabby? I don't know, just something about her mannerisms that reminded me of some of the kids programming I watched as a child. Still, I do kind of hope this series continues, Francis is hiding some stuff from the viewers (and Jonah) as well as got his hands on some things that Gabby wouldn't like to be shown. That so very brief glimpse of the Devil Hares got my attention to most, not to mention Francis glitching out at some points. Plus, Francis did draw some occult imagery on his Easter eggs, one of them being the symbol of the Ouroboros (The Infinity Snake). He might be similar to Woolie from Amanda the Adventurer, and possible might know something deep and dark about Gabby that we aren't aware of yet. I'm glad you guys shed some light on this one, this was a treat to watch.
I don't believe that thing with the flood makes sense. Jonah was looking for Incident Reports, and from the context the Municipal Building which housed them was destroyed by the flood. Had his father died and was suspected of being murdered (Something needed for Gabby teaching Jonah about having Alibis) then there would be records of the incident since it would be recorded post flood. The flood, if anything, seems to have happened specifically to destroy the records which should fit with the Christian Tone. Regarding the eggs I saw a comment say "Same Snake Different Skin" which does match with the theme of the 3 Eggs, multiple religious themes, and how Gabby is corrupting the innocent to sin much like with Adam and Eve.
It was so cool seeing you guys' impression of it! Thanks for putting this together, the intro and other editing was really nice. Just small stuff like putting the verses on screen so people don't have to stop the video to go look them up was such a nice touch. Must've been a lot of work!
it feels like an SCP thing in the sense that alot of SCP stuff, especially the ones ppl made up later down the line, are actually quite benevolent and friendly. I feel like... that's a bit of a common natural progression of alot of horror and horror-adjacent media? like once ppl feel done with being scared by a thing, and once they're created every parody and meme they can think of, they start to go "ok but what if it was my friend?" And I'm really happy to see we've reached that point with analogue horror, I wanna see more unfiction of all types that play with other genres than simply horror.
That's not my interpretation. My take is that he DESTROYED the gun and ran per her instructions. Then when Jonah's dad burst into his bedroom (To presumably kill him another way) instead of his son, Psychodad saw a human sized, cartoon rabbit with a bigass sword. Meanwhile Jonah was at a friends house drinking cocoa so the cops wouldn't think he had anything to do with his father getting carved up. I wonder if he had time to mentally process that the creature from his child's drawings was standing there. XD *"WHAT THE F-"* That would make a nifty horror short kind of like 'Tales From the Darkside'.
@@invisi-bullexploration2374 yk that would be improbable. Why else would she plan for Jona to get the gun? Then to go to his friend's house to have a clean alibi?
@@invisi-bullexploration2374I think that he did shoot his dad or some ex of his mom, then he ran out of the house and stored the gun somewhere. Its a bit weird that she’d come out from the TV.
@@invisi-bullexploration2374 Sounds good, but I headcanon her getting out of the TV in a real-world Gabriel human form that takes her Wylde Hare appearance (see Angel Hare Playlist Side B, 9 minutes, and 49 seconds in); think of it like a live-action adaptation of her form.
@@brianeagan8628 It is absolutely horror though, through the art on the Eggs that Francis gave and the parallels of how a Snake led Innocent to break rules. It is very likely that Gabby may be a fallen angel as she tempted a youth into committing murder. Assuming she ever was a true angel in the first place. It is very unlikely this is just "Jonah goes looking for his old friend" and it is also equally unlikely that an Angel would be stuck in a tape and needs a live recording to function. From the rules established it feels like we are playing with demons luring children into becoming sinners.
@@Buglin_Burger7878 that is unless the tape were created for that exact purpose. I have my little theory that the reason there's no information about the company who made the main show that Jonah watched as a kid and that was personalised just for him is that this is how God helps either blessed kids or all kids that aren't growing up in a good house (in the case of Jonah, having to protect himself against his abusive and pscychopath of a father) to learn how to survive. So Gabrielle was chosen specifically to be Jonah's Guardian Angel. Which makes me wonder who's kid had Zag as their guardian angel and what's their backstory 🤔 Tldr; I theorize the original shows are "made" in Heaven and are gifts from God to kids in poor living conditions so they each have their own guardian angel helping em survive.

This is one of my favorite Analog horror series because it's oddly wholesome.
