Still my favorite sports team of all time! I can still name that whole 25 man roster!
I was always an Astros fan growing up but this team made me really fall in love with baseball . Doran , Davis , Bass , Scott , Ryan , Deshaies , Knepper , Walling , Garner , Reynolds , Thon , Ashby , Cruz , Puhl , Smith , Kerfeld and the man who brought us Jeff Bagwell - Larry Anderson and the Cone Heads !
ZL1Speed43 , ah the scrubs.
Grew up a huge Ryan fan. But by the he was a ranger. Also loved jeff Bagwell. Still have 2 of his rookie cards..
*LGM!!!*
Jose cruuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuzz, Kevin baaaaaaaaass, 86 astros were the Best team
@@adolforoman I saw Billy Hatcher at a Reds game coaching 3rd base . I yelled Billy Hatcher 86 Astros and he looked up and pointed at me . Great memories
Mike Scott is the goat
For doing what? Scuffing....
@@frankesposito2182 yes he did what he had to
Yes he was, yeeeees he was
What if if Scott would have got to pitch a GM 7?
As a Yankee fan who despised the Mets I am a bit biased but there is no way they beat Scott in game 7. Even Davey Johnson said they had to win game 6. I actually predicted the game 1 win by Scott to a tee. 1-0 with 10 strikeouts. He was so dominant. I hated the Mets with a passion back then. Houston outplayed them and should have won that series.
@@ricklindberg4228 Your absolutely right and there was also a controversial call in one of the games up in New York that helped the Mets
@@alexistorres2425 a bad double play call against a Craig Reynolds grounder in NY turned that game around.
@@astrosjer822 I saw the play your absolutely right it wasn’t even close it’s ridiculous it almost definitely cost the Astros the game and maybe even the series
