One thing that may work for you (did for me) was a WiFi antenna, just a tool you plug into your PC and it pics up WiFi

@@HopeRally my phone 💀 and it turns out I had a WiFi antenna all along but I accidentally thrown it out 😭😭😭(again my first pc so I thought I didn’t need it) found it connect it and everything works 😅

The main connection is the one that comes from the wall, you can connect it to the router or you can also directly connect it to the PC.

Ethernet is better for gaming as it has low latency. Either WiFi or Ethernet can be used at a time, you can't use both at the same time.

i know this is stupid question but in summer im leaving my gaming desktop pc home for about a month. my pc is plugged into extension cord and im wondering whats the best way to safely unplug pc. should i unplugg just the extension cord. or should i unplug the psu cable from the extension cord. i know this is stupid question but one of my friends destroyed his psu by just unpluggin the psu cable from psu not from the wall but like from the pc.

Just unplug the PSU cable from the extension cord and also unplug the monitor power cable. Should be safe. What happened to your friend seems weird.

They usually don't and since they are slower than bigger routers, it's not even worth using ethernet cable with them.

When you plug in the cable, does the ethernet port on your computer light up? If not, it may be a bad cable or something wrong with the network card driver. Try plugging in another device with that same cable. If it works, then the cable is most likely good and the issue is likely with your computer.
