Truth must flow where ever it can im so thankful for our awake preachers and to see them go to the awake ones its encouraging to see others that think alike they have inspired me so much in the messed up planet were in....i watch the rest of the world strugggle to understand the events they are awake but are missing so much i try to share with them best i can i just send these amazing sermons....ive seen other preachers no one preaches like them.....thank you....
Wow. Share this far and wide. That's one of the biggest problems i have with our church. We waste so much money on comforts when our tithes need to go to spreading the gospel!
At the 2hr 7min marker Pastor Vine makes distasteful remarks about mother-in-laws. The last time I looked, the 5th commandment says “Honor thy father and thy mother…” with a blessing attached. I believe this would also extend to father and mother-in-laws. His remarks are hurtful and in bad taste. My son-in-law is an SDA pastor and if he made these types of comments from the pulpit or at any time I would take personal offense and would be hurt by them.
It would be best to not take offense, but to be the best Mother-in-law that you can be. If more women tried to be the best Mother-in-law they could be, there wouldn’t be Mother-in-law jokes.
My dear sister, let us count the answered prayers and not the ones we are still waiting for, in other words, let's focus on the main message and not allow the enemy to distract us with nuances. Dr. Vine's comments about mother-in-law are merely ways of interacting with the human side of people. I'm sure he has a good relationship with his mother-in-law. If this is a thorn in your flesh then: 1) don't listen to his sermons, or 2) express your concerns to him more directly and not on such an open forum. Blessings.
You are a troubler, a stirrer up of strife. When you listen to the words you listen to something to lay up in store to make capital of in your stock in trade. You are doing a work of drudgery for the devil. I beseech of you for Christ's sake, out of regard for His gospel that if you do not see any necessity of being converted you withdraw from the people whom you criticize. You parade their supposed errors and mistakes before anyone who will give an ear to your accusations. You do not hesitate to criticize God's ministers who open the Scriptures to others and your accusations, as bad leaven, work upon the minds of others. In this way you lessen the respect that is due to those who are laboring for the salvation of souls, and you cause the message which God gives to His servants to have no influence upon the minds of those who hear. In religious matters your stock in trade is evil surmising, evil thinking, evil speaking, and evil working. The enemy of all righteousness finds a faithful ally in you. You bring the truth into disrespect by taking up a reproach against your neighbor. He often makes mother in law jokes.. in many cultures, they have playful jokes about mother in laws, I don’t think it is meant to be hurtful.
