A new subscriber here!! Pretty sure i'll NOW buy a serger...My Mom was German and all her fine linens looked like this on the edge (1920's-1960's). I NEVER knew how. Love the way you teach!!
Cathy, what a wonderful, thorough and well explained demo you gave !! Iam a newcomer to sewing, yet I fully grasped the process of stitching a cute Christmas tree.Iam sure, I can stitch one now quite well !! I loved to see how delicately, lovingly, you made that tiny golden bow and attached it !!! Many heart thanks!!
Hola estimada amiga. Hermoso trabajo para regalar. Cuanta tela para 6 individuales ? Para estos dos , cuanto género ocupo ? Gracias Saludos desde CHILE
Eleonore Loundermon you can stitch right sides together, leaving a gap to turn out.Press and stitch a fancy braid or decorative stitch all around the circumference to edge it and close the gap!😊
Stupid question here, are these just for decorations? Or are we to expect people to actually use these napkins? Because I don't think if I gave them as gifts anyone would want to iron them and learn how to fold them
No question is ever stupid. You could still give them as gifts but not as napkins. If you folded them into a Christmas tree, you could tack the design together and they can be used as Christmas decorations to hang-up or whatever they think is appropriate for the occasion.

This was fantastic.thank you so much

You could fold on circle first before joining then add the bow, no stitches would show on the good side
Gostei , muito bem explicado, parabéns.
