I really love this.......as I have eaten the chicken firecracker in London......we tried ur recipe and it is as same as I have eaten in London......thank u so much for such a delicious dish.
Yummm! Totally something I would make regularly. I also made the sweet potato fries this past weekend! They were amazing and my friends loved them as well! Love all the heat through this dish. I'll definitely need to try this one. Thank you as always!
Made this couple nights ago using your recipe, absolutely delicious, was such a huge hit..definitely will make again. Thank you very much...I'm going to make your Katsu curry tonight :-)
I made this and it was really nice, but the sauce was really thin in the end... I'm not sure if I did something wrong or the maybe because the chicken was from the supermarket and they pump it with water or something... any ideas?
Yummy... Not related to this particular receipe. ,, but does anyone come across rubbery chicken fillets when cooking ??.. Really annoying when ur going to so much trouble making sum thing nice and the dry chewy chicken wrecks it 😞😞😞.. Any tips
Brine breast meat in salted water for several hours. The meat will soak up the water and be less likely to get dry. Just rinse and pat dry before cooking. Dark meat is a lot less likely than breast to dry out. Internal temperature of the cooked meat should be 160F for white meat and 175F for dark (legs and thighs).
This looks yummy. Please can you stop the zooming in and out. You did it so many times. Either have a wide shot and zoom at the end. Or have it all close up. That just distracted me. But still good recipe 🐔🍚🍛

Leitrimbear12 sounds like it's slightly over cooked, just cook it for less time 😊
