Puremist is a better choice since you can alr out kite a bow with only mistcaller offhand. Thet cape is the best cape u could use since battle axe aint really that mana hungry (lymhurst cape), they cant really burst you (martlock cape) but thet cape is perfect since its best for short trades which has 15s cooldown to proc and u cant miss it since its an auto attack.
