Best selling author Keith R. A. DeCandido talks about his many media tie-in novels, short stories and comics projects. He discusses the process of how a media tie-in book is created, and the special problems and deadlines involved with a tie-in project.
Keith also talks about his original fantasy detective books, the Precinct Series.
This interview was recorded in May of 2016, at the Balticon 50 science fiction convention in Baltimore, MD. It was not publicly release, however, until February of 2019, as part of episode 296 of Fast Forward: Contemporary Science Fiction.
