    I'm so glad JM called out the use of being handicapped as an excuse to sue someone- so frustrating when petty cases like this diminish other handicapped people with REAL lawsuits. That Plaintiff is a terrible person.

      the truth is that the whole system is designed to cater to those type people ., and if u want any help from the system u almost have to become that type of person or else they wont give u any help , even if u are entitled to it , u still have to fight for it becuz thats how the system was designed .

    When hearing JM read the email from the defendant with all the cursing, I thought he was quite the jerk. However after every was said and done, I can understand why he was at his wits' end with this tenant. Glad he's finally moving out.

      if he thought it was hell on earth having a disabled tenant that complained sometimes , then he must have had a easy life . he must have really went through hell when the covid shutdowns happened and no landlord was allowed to evict for around two years for non payment of rent .

    If I'm handicapped and my neighbor get the snow off my car, I would do something for my neighbor; buy them dinner, or anything to show my appreciation.

    Now now now, the defendant should really had been more careful. Anything any harder than a soft bristled dust brush and the car may have exploded into powder from being so old

    I have to sweep off snow every winter, and I have to do it multiple times. I use a regular floor broom and have never scratched the paint or windows on any car I've owned in this climate.

      Yeah, I didn't understand that. I can access my email from any computer. And my cell phone. And if you save an email it's there in your email account until you delete it.

    2 years to get old emails? Who does he think he's fooling? Emails aren't stored on the computer's motherboard, he could use any computer on the planet to go online and log into his email account to get those emails! I'm so glad the judge saw through this plaintiff's bs.

    We don't get much snow in Arkansas where I'm at. If a neighbor came and out of kindness cleared my car of snow ❄️
    I'd think them. What's a few scratches on an old car. Like really people will sue to make a quick buck. Crazy 🤪 😜

    The plaintiff with his loud blowhard attitude, is not a good ambassador for disabled individuals like myself. Litigious individuals are not viewed favorably, with good reason! In his case it appears he uses his disability to try and get his way, I certainly hope he does not think what he is doing, is in the same category as those championing for the rights of disabled people!!

    That landlord is at least as nice as the property managers we have had hear at our apartment complex.
    We've always had great people in the office. One property manager even brought some paperwork to my apartment that needed to be signed, so I wouldn't have to go to the office. It's not far, but is slightly uphill and I have multiple medical issues. I appreciate everyone we have had here. And that plaintiff needs to appreciate his goid landlord!!!!!

    I've never seen Milian read a curse filled letter joyfully with glee for black folks who she Condemns immediately. But here it is that she goes above and beyond for non blacks. Many folks in these comments sections don't pay any attention to all the details as I do but swear they watch. Milian is not impartial to black folks. Instead she's much more pleasant with caucasian and Spanish folks.
