I may be late commenting on this video and maybe no one will see this comment, but I come here every morning and every day because of my depression. This soothing music helped me a lot. I just wanted to say thank you for letting me get through the hard times.
Everyday, people see your comment and read the words. (I'm so sorry for your struggle) But most don't stop to respond. Every time I post a comment, I come back every few days to see if anybody's responded. To show that they care and know how you feel, or even say sorry for your loss. And even if it doesn't usually happen, it always helps me feel better and brightens up my day, to see somebody put in a few seconds to right an encouraging thought. Stay blessed, and always remember, when you feel lost and sad and forgotten, somebody is always there to help you. Someone who will always love and care for you know matter what. Heavenly Father.

I've been listening to this music and waves for many nights to help me rest. I struggle to fall asleep because of pain. I read a few comments for the first time tonight and my heart was warmed within me. To those who come after me and read my comment, allow yourself to be encouraged by the words of others here. Let your heart, mind, and body be put at ease, at lest for the night. You are not really alone.
I had the same battle with insomnia. Look into magnesium deficiency/supplementation- I take 4 Magnesium Glycinate capsules (350 mg per capsule, total of 1,400 mg ea night). Along w/ 10 mg melatonin, and 1 tablet of ZzzQuil Ultra. Life changing for me.
You can find people who dislikes rock, or metal, or jazz or etc. Because people made those rhythms. But you can't find people who dislikes the sound of the rain, the forest, the wave, the wind, the flow or the river, the birds, the crickets etc... Because those rhythms are made by God, He created them and made calmness go through people hearts when they are listening to them. Rational people's mind and heart are synchronized with those nature songs. You got to believe me, bring your metal hard core fan friend into hiking deep in the forest and has rivers in it. You see how his heart going to synchronize those songs and he will feels the calmness and peace he had never felt before.

I see that this was 6 years ago and also the comments are from that time. But I must comment that I just rescued two very large dogs who were living out in the wild. They have acclimated very well and my favorite thing is when they are laying down in the house, I am reading and I play this music. They seem to love it. It is such a peaceful, beautiful time of our day!

I know this might sound stupid,but for those who are born and live in the cities never do ever realize what they are truly missing on in their lives. Surrounding ourselves and spending soooo much of our time and lives around machines.We have lost the chemistry, natural bonding ,passion and love for nature and for the goodness it has to offer. ........... Nature is our greatest teacher and healer mentally ,physically and spiritually............ We need to connect more with it , treasure and protect it and love it for the rest of our lives......... Then only we will die with a smile by realizing and knowing the true meaning of life : )

Sadly one does not experience this by living a city life ........ One does not find oneself or it's inner beauty or wholeness but rather loses oneself in the midst of utter chaos and greed..... This is one of Peder’s greatest work and also one of my favorite music. Absolutely beautiful ! What a tranquil and relaxing music! Why and how do I know Peder? At first, just because wanna “learn Norwegian naturally”! I’m used to listening to Master Deuter’s spiritual new age music. When first time listening to Peder Helland’s music, I thought it was composed by Master Deuter, a great German new age musician in his 70s. Later, just realized that it is composed by a very young and genius Norwegian musician. As a college boy and majors in Physics in a Oslo University, Peder not only could “create“ healing and soothing music for people, but also teaches Norwegian on RUclips. He guides audiences to learn Norwegian naturally, through his video, people could learn useful and practical Norwegian from his instructions. Peder~~ amazingly a new age musician and a terrific Norwegian teacher! Ps. Peder was born in Trondheim and it’s a coincidence that my family and I are living in Trondheim now.

What you like for music is an extended list for me as well lol I love music of all types and genres. I play 2nd/1st Clarinet and am a beginner violinist, and i also played drums and the trumpet. I have tried making my own music, but alas, no beat comes to me yet. And yes, i did mean Lyndsey's style with a mix of your own. Like a remix :) I feel rather goofy, as always, when i try to come up with something to continue a good chat. I've been listening to this music and waves for many nights to help me rest. I struggle to fall asleep because of pain. I read a few comments for the first time tonight and my heart was warmed within me. To those who come after me and read my comment, allow yourself to be encouraged by the words of others here. Let your heart, mind, and body be put at ease, at lest for the night. You are not really alone.
I had the same battle with insomnia. Look into magnesium deficiency/supplementation- I take 4 Magnesium Glycinate capsules (350 mg per capsule, total of 1,400 mg ea night). Along w/ 10 mg melatonin, and 1 tablet of ZzzQuil Ultra. Life changing for me.

I see that this was 6 years ago and also the comments are from that time. But I must comment that I just rescued two very large dogs who were living out in the wild. They have acclimated very well and my favorite thing is when they are laying down in the house, I am reading and I play this music. They seem to love it. It is such a peaceful, beautiful time of our day!

Surrounding ourselves and spending soooo much of our time and lives around machines.We have lost the chemistry, natural bonding ,passion and love for nature and for the goodness it has to offer. ........... Nature is our greatest teacher and healer mentally ,physically and spiritually............ We need to connect more with it , treasure and protect it and love it for the rest of our lives......... Then only we will die with a smile by realizing and knowing the true meaning of life : )

This is one of Peder’s greatest work and also one of my favorite music. Absolutely beautiful ! What a tranquil and relaxing music! Why and how do I know Peder? At first, just because wanna “learn Norwegian naturally”!
I’m used to listening to Master Deuter’s spiritual new age music. When first time listening to Peder Helland’s music, I thought it was composed by Master Deuter, a great German new age musician in his 70s. Later, just realized that it is composed by a very young and genius Norwegian musician. As a college boy and majors in Physics in a Oslo University, Peder not only could “create“ healing and soothing music for people, but also teaches Norwegian on RUclips. He guides audiences to learn Norwegian naturally, through his video, people could learn useful and practical Norwegian from his instructions. Peder~~ amazingly a new age musician and a terrific Norwegian teacher!
Ps. Peder was born in Trondheim and it’s a coincidence that my family and I are living in Trondheim now.

Am rather curious as to what inspired your work to be so soul capturing and heart easing? From how you look and smile in your picture, i can see your personality to be very open and easy going. . if a bit reserved. You seem like a breathe of fresh air kind of guy too. No to mention respectful, caring, generous, attentive, creative, and very charming with a mix of dashing. All in all, that's what i see in your picture. :) I may be wrong.

I like listening to Two Steps From hell, Hawk Nelson, Derek & Brandon Fiechter, Epic Music Mix, Trance Female Vocal, and some others. What you like for music is an extended list for me as well lol I love music of all types and genres. I play 2nd/1st Clarinet and am a beginner violinist, and i also played drums and the trumpet. I have tried making my own music, but alas, no beat comes to me yet. And yes, i did mean Lyndsey's style with a mix of your own. Like a remix :) I feel rather goofy, as always, when i try to come up with something to continue a good chat. No more ideas come to mind, so i guess it's your turn lol
