    ❤😂Thank
you for all of your videos.
I don't snore but I have forward head posture and scoliosis which I have come to believe is mainly caused by wayward fascia.
Do you think that taping the mouth at night has any benefits for poor sleep?
    Blessings

HI Cindy! Mouth taping is a good practice. We believe here that it can help provide a better night's sleep.

I am absolutely fascinated with all of your videos and have just signed up for your beginner course. It's been a horrible three years of frightening misdiagnoses from my swelling/hot/tingling feet. Finally, we have arrived at bilateral tarsal tunnel. When it came on I was a front sleeper. Now I sleep curled up on my side, trying to block out the firey pins and needles. What would be the optimal sleeping position for healing?

So you should strengthen your tongue muscles by lifting the tongue to the roof of the mouth to strengthen it. Did I understand that correctly? 🙂 Thanks!

Hi there! The tongue on the roof of the mouth, about 1 cm away from your teeth is describing the proper alignment of the tongue. It's not a strengthening exercise.

@@Fluidisometrics thanks for the the reply! If your tongue is touching the roof of your mouth, wouldn't it stop doing that when you're asleep?

There is not much room for the tongue to move, but it is possible it could move, especially if your mouth falls open. The idea is to keep it in proper alignment as much as you can.

I started with block therapy and fascia exercises. But just after doing it twice now my veins are much more visible.I got a lot of veins now which I didn’t had before. Why?? I stopped doing it.I hope it will fade away and not stay like this forever.I regret it now

As you continue to block you will remove restrictions in your tissue which will allow blood flow through all avenues. This will take pressure off the veins. It may take some time but they should fade.
