The video does not tell anything about becoming a CERTIFIED technical writer. There is no license nor exam that makes a technical writer a CERTIFIED tech writer as per the USA or any American / U.S. state that requires licensing for such a job. Tech writing does not require licensing.

I came to RUclips for a course on Technical Writing - and it takes you to a website with laughable 'certificate' courses. Thanks, but I'll delete these videos and buy a book from a reputable publisher...
