Great videos, Tom! I use your workouts 5 times a week and love the concept. It really helps me stay motivated and on track. I had a small suggestion that might make your videos even more effective: maybe you could consider adding a visual of a torso where you highlight the muscle groups we're targeting during each exercise. It would be super helpful for viewers to see exactly what we're working on in real-time. Keep up the amazing work!
