Sansevieria Fernwood Propagation

I am not 100% sure this plant is called Sansevieria Fernwood, but that's what my research showed. Let me know if you have other information.⠀

I saw roots on the cuttings, and I took the video of the new growth a year after I planted the cuttings. One year later! Talk about patience ☺️ But I have also been stuck outside of the US for the past 4 months, so it's possible the shoots came out sooner, I just wasn't able to see them.⠀

But patience is definitely very important when propagating snake plants, as it will take a long time ☺️ ⠀
