This is one of my favorite pieces my dad used to play, with me accompanying on the piano. Lovely piece, and brings back great memories, now that he is gone. Thanks for sharing!
I don't think she is a pro, but nevertherless, she plays really well, and very musical, and look even an ouwie on his left wrist dosn't stop her. May be she was a pro, her postures and movements are excellent!!! And look at her wall and partitions, all matched!!!! I like her! :-)
good job! I enjoy the performance. As i see allot of the other comments saying, don't be so stiff, I agree. Get into the feeling of the piece, as I've always been told. Bravo (being a 12 year old, 9-year violinist)
destinywb wow. It took u a while to play this piece. I started in forth grade now in 6th and in playing this piece. No too brag but you took a while to learn how to play at this level
hi i am 15 and currently learning how to play this piece and I think I have been playing the last part wrong. does anyone know how to play the part at the end right before the ascending semiquavers and right after the final double stoppers? they have the slash through them and ive just been playing them like doubled but I sound different to her could anyone help please?
Bruce Runnels thank you for the advice! My copy was compiled and edited by someone called Barbara barber and I'm doing it for my grade 6 exam, it is my favourite piece of them all
BRAVO!!!!!! Now , relax! hold and enjoy those harmonics ! Make the pianist follow YOU , not you it. Relax your wrist on those bounces .Let the bow work 'for' you ! Thank you for sharing!
nicely done. It’s not a hard piece to play, but that doesn’t mean it’s not quite the accomplishment to reach your level with it. and with a wrist injury as well!
Brandan Woo I'm guessing you're used to the theatrical nonsense you see a lot today, even from great players. Look at Heiffetz. Dude didn't move an inch unnecessarily. Compare that to today where you have violinists lunging all over the stage to literally zero musical benefit. Her movements are smooth and relaxed where they should be.
Well, Heifetz may have not moved, but he did not look stiff. Stiffness in performance means a display of certain discomfort while playing. You don't see discomfort in Heifetz.
It's amazing that you could play the spiccato notes so smoothly without any rash noises! Im green with envy.
Same here
I really enjoyed listening, and I liked watching as the little bird would sometimes seem to land on the violin.
Brings me memories, this is my favourite piece when I studied level 7

I'm playing this piece for an audition, and you are so smooth with your playing, its astonishing. Very good!
Wow! This was very beautifully played! I'm learning this piece now!
Your videos are so helpful!!!
Thank you!!
Very smoothly and clear played. The tonality is great. wow...I mean WOW. The staccato is amazing. Well Done !
So good! I really like this piece!
I like the tempo you chose. Some play it way too fast which destroys the beauty of this piece.
I agree
Such a beautiful violin! Love it so much!
I enjoyed your performance. Extra credit for playing with a broken wrist!
Wait... that was a broken wrist?

Spectacular! How long do you practice?? Love it! Plus that broken wrist!!!😀👍
very nice with the left hand pizz, a little too sharp at times but most people tend to play sharp when they are nervous
THE SOUND IS AMAZING ❤👏👌👏❤❤❤
I've been trying to obtain this kind of sound..... the sound is literally PERFECT!!
Does the piano follow you, or the opposite? :-) Great job! A little stiff though ...........
I think piano follows her(me personaly) dont judge my thought. :) 8----------D deez nutz

c'est l'opus 31 dédié à DE BERIOT
Hugbule Anguerrand quoi?
Beautifully played - lovely rhythm - shame about the accompanist coming in consistently early at 28 and 52. Otherwise fine ensemble.
I think she was playing with a recording...
body a bit too stiff, if not very good :)
