    She’s not saying nothing true about shoppers since she’s CEO of the company the payments keep going down with more heavy jobs for the shoppers …we getting least orders meaning they increase the price of items online and reduced the payments… now shoppers can’t even pay their bills … people that quick their jobs for Instacart… Instacart don’t even pay the minimum wage … she’s the most bad CEO for shoppers… everyone started leaving Instacart and this company will go down if they didn’t immediately increase the orders payments… shoppers are suffering

    Shoppers are suffering big time. If you see her body language and her energy when she’s talking about shoppers you can see: she’s trying to do physical mannerism like there is excitement on what she’s doing for the shoppers but her energy reads “uncomfortable “ because she’s lying. She knows the shoppers are not happy and she knows she’s not addressing any of it. You are so fake Fidji. Corporate greed. Hope it catches up with you.

    What an absolute line of bull about the shoppers. In no way does Simo seek to increase individual shoppers’ access to orders/batches. Exactly how does over saturating markets with shoppers increase access to batches? There are only so many orders to go around. What’s more, she actively pushes out seasoned shoppers - people who understand the cost:value equation, many of whom put their health at risk during the pandemic with zero care from IC. A constant supply of new shoppers means a continued reduction in pay. There are thousands of shoppers who have been pushed out of the profession that they actually enjoyed and were very good at due to Simo’s greed. Shopper pay (not including tips) is half what it was in 2020 and likely 1/4 what it was prior to 2020. Then, there’s the issue of BOTs, which TAKE orders from honest shoppers. Despite their use being against IC policy, IC does absolutely NOTHING to combat them. Why?…because the orders are being fulfilled (which is all they care about), while diligent, hard-working, compliant shoppers get LESS and less access to batches. She is so absolutely full of shxx!! They are NOT increasing access to orders in any way, shape or form! Oh and then there’s the issue of a shopper’s “status” based on the number of orders a shopper completes in a quarter. If a shopper doesn’t complete the number of orders that INSTACART mandates to maintain a status, their access to decent-paying orders is reduced…which of course means the shoppers with standards will do even fewer orders. They reduce pay, reduce access to batches/orders, especially worthwhile orders, and then demote shoppers because they don’t take the shxx orders. Again, she is a complete liar! This is from a 2.5 yr shopper, college-educated, who spent 25+ years working for a Fortune 100 consumer products company. I know how corporate America works! She is genuinely appalling.

    Lol WHAT?? Paying shoppers? Yeah well what we actually make since she took over and implemented this garbage is 2.33 a person with all of the batches tripled up and paying a flat 7.00. The miles are garbage and high. She doesn't care about shoppers.
