Reducing shoppers pay during Christmas is not cool. A constantly changing pay rate is not cool. Shoppers keep 100% of their tips, but our batch pay is reduced when someone tips well. This is the same as stealing tips. Merry Christmas!
Yes I notice it too that pay amount is less. I thought it was just me who have a 100% acceptance rate. They can see and hear what we doing and then they try to control our moves.. Pay a decent wage to your workers. When they use their own credit card to buy groceries for instacart customers have some decentcy and reimburse them.
