I had 27 long years of that. And I'm still doing it in my sleep LOL so glad I retired from it. Lucky you you even had the good tools. All we had was the bars.bead breaker slime. sledgehammer. And really good air compressor.
I've changed a lot of off road tires in my time ,first time ever saw a ring master tool. Awesome tool wish had one when i use to change them.
Same here.
If you can afford, or don't have that ring master tool. You can use a strap binder and two 6x6 blocks On the sidewall to push the tire in
Hey bro great job I work in the tire business also and at times I come back to ur videos for reference and u have taught new things in my career thanks bro keep up the good work
nicely done, I picked up something new watching this: using a couple vice grips to help get that ring off.
Keep up the good work
I am so glad that I ran across this video.
Besides learning that I lack all of the specialized tools, it's much too dangerous for a beginner. I'll be calling the tire shop in the morning.
i gotta say im impressed of how easy you make that look lol
wow thank you, I now know I can buy tires and have someone come change them. You are awesome
You are an excellent tire man. Good job.
I have learnt a different way to remove a locking ring, lax in cleaning the o ring and locking ring grooves thought certainly not to my standards anyway. but I did enjoy watching your video you make it look so easy, your a true rubber hugger
excellent job bro...keep up the great work...being learning lots from your videos please post more often will really apriciated
that's so clean job 👌thanks bro, learning a lot from your videos
+yousuf evloev Thanks! Glad to help
Bolosss
awesome I was just telling my wife I wish u had more videos. God heard me lol keep it up. I started my Own company watching ur videos thanks
+Issac Ortiz that's good to hear. Thanks for watching!
Thanks for all of these videos they really help. Just got done putting on a tire on a 25 wheel off of a Volvo 6x6. Took me about 2 hours to figure it out but I’ll be way faster the second time.
You know your craft. You make that look easy. Nice work.
Always wondered how they changed those big ass tires. Hard to believe that's a one man job. Nice work bro.
Its mostly a2 trucks with a massive crane on the back that does it this guy just has alot of skill and experience for sure
@@masontyler479 Takes a good bit of patience and skill to do 20.5R25 & 23.5R25s out of a service truck, the boom trucks don't usually need to be used until you get to 26.5R25's and up.
I'm sure he understands when I say that this one was a good example of what you hope for when you get a OTR service call. Some rookies don't use soap / lube on the outer beads of the tire and it makes things a lot worse for the next guy to change it.
Great job. A little quicker than I can change them. That tool is awesome for pushing back the tyre. I use it whenever I can.
+Matt Brooker Thanks for watching. There are many ways and tricks we all use to push the tire back but that tool sure makes it easy.
What is the name of that tool?
good work! using the oring bag for a lube glove...best trick i taught myself years ago lol!
Nice work man!
You always make it look easy.
you are an excellent professional
I really enjoying to watch your videos , you got great skills! Its a dirty heavy job to handle tires all day , but sure hell its fun :D i work in a tire shop in sweden :)..
Thats a work out an a half, good work man
you a pro lvl 9000, seen some other cat on here using a work truck arm to do everything and he still took forever.
Nice job!
Great video 😎
Wow you made that look easy.
cooldog60 away
Great video man
Great vid! Making hard work look easy.
+devomx302 thanks for watching. Nothing easy about it
Good stuff 👍🏻
Nice work man! you make it look too easy for us
+Zach Cook Thanks for watching. Nothing easy about it lol
Man you make it look ez dawg! I always had the stubborn ones where they are stuck on there and even had trouble with breaking them from the back with a bead breaker.
+David Santoy lol thanks! It may look easy but you know better. I wish all were that easy. Thanks for watching
Mad respect man. You make it seem easy I had never seen someone change those tires without taking them off the truck but with the right tools and experience you make it seem so easy. Not to mention the tires are fckn heavy!!
This tire is tubeless.and ring is brake.not ring full.
Nice job sir...God bless...
From Phillipines...

Well done.
Thanks!
thanks alot.i learn from you
Been watching these guys fix our loader tire for the last 4 hrs. Haven’t even pulled that puppy off the rim to fix it yet
badass bro .
hey man that rite there is how I do it, up to a 26.5 25 bias. honestly man 100% to the t on how I do Otr by hand. oh difference is I have never used that bead tool, I've used a 3 inch wide strap and I must say the strap is a lil quicker, give it a try bro if u haven't already used it which u most likely have. much respect to you brother, less then one percent of the world's population can do what you and I do, keep it up that big hand truck will come one day. be safe
Hello from Russia! Thanks for video. I am working on forklift.
Damn that boy fast
You rock!
wow nice to see it done wow real experenced pro
Great job
THANKS
you know your job.......skills!
That guy is GOOOOODDDDDDDDD !
Very nice work and great ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
That dude is strong af lol
Great job man! I know for sure it isn't as easy as you make it look.
Subcriber #877
+NHsk8r74 You can say I've done a few of these lol. Thanks for the support
Damn bro, all manually?? NO BOOM?! that shit is crazy skill bro, I have a boom truck to do this.
when you know what you doing, it make looks so easy.
made it look easy
Never knew that's how it was done, shit I thought there was a big ass tire machine for this. Nice job man.
Thanks!
Nice job, i think the beads broke a little too easy... You need steel toe boots and glasses when using the air blower. I like that tool for pushing the flange back to make room for the new o-ring. I never had anything like that before. Nothing brings greater joy on a job when the beads come off that easily! LOL I spent 20 years in tire business, then walked away, now I sell insurance!
that yellow tool you use to push the beadspan back is so badass ive never seen it before. looks way easier than a hammer and vise grips like ive been using
qual é o nome dessa maqui que em purra o aro
You can use two 6x6 blocks and a Strap binder
Would this be similar to changing a 66x43 Terra Tire, like what you would find on a combine?
Loookd easy.. But no, is very very hardwork
LIKE A BOSS!!!!!
That’s money right there
The guy is very professional. Are the split rim tires still danger? The olds one could take your head right off from the pressure on the ring if they let loose.
I never had tires that came off the rim or side ring NEAR that easy...must be nice
Good video you should upload a video on scooptram tires
Please help! I work on front end loaders and I really need to know how to change the tires but without having a "ring master" from Esco like you do. What is the cheapest set of tools I can buy to get it done?
Mad skills i seen o rings pinched out next thing you kno flat tyre lol.
Hey bud, I'm trying to mount a 20.5-25 on a case mw24c loader. I've never done this before. When I air it up it seems the gap in the lock ring is too big, about an inch, and the o-ring bulges out there and loses air.
Am I missing something simple? I cleaned the rim and ring really well with a wire brush. Could the lock ring not be circular? Could my o-ring be too think?
Dam bro your bad ass...
good job. I never lube the o ring...ever. by the book. Put the O-ring in dry. lube the flange ring at the ring seat, with black Lube. only. also if you don't have this tool. You can stand to six by 8's. 5 foot tall on either side of the tire. use a ratchet strap to the loader and compress the tire in so you can work in between ratchet strap to load flange ring. o ring, and lock ring.
Bet this is not the first time you did this? Made it look easy.
1st day on the job
Respect.
Un buen maestraso felicidades eres un chingonaso
It is so amazing to think that basically all it holds air in that is a tiny little rubber o-ring and the only thing that holds that tire on that rim is a little bitty tiny metal ring I'm so actually shocked I guess
The small metal ring you remove is there anyway to buy those i recently got a old samsung loader and 1 is welded on the wheel and the other is missing
Y el aro grande no se pega con la ceja de la llanta o lo despegaste con el destalonador?
pretty nifty tool
I don't see the full video it's been cut how do you seal it
whats the flange ring pushing tool called? id like to pick one up for my shop
Cho mình hỏi máy ép này có ép được vỏ có ruột không 18.00-25
Do u have video fixing a scraper putting a tube?
Ése aparato para colocar el orring también le queda al rin 24 ? 👌👌👍👍
Could anyone please tell me what’s the name of the special tool looks like a yellow cross?
Good video, What is the name of the tool that one , you put on the middle of the rim? To push the tire in
Man what is the tool called that you pushed that inside ring in with I need one haha so much easier then fighting bars
How do you know when the tire needs to be charged?
I have two orings on the wheels that I have, only looks like you had one on outer, are mine older design?
Typical tire rip off scam! The guy changes two tires in 5 min and charges the customer for over an hours labor..... LOL kidding,Nice job ! You make it look so easy, a pleasure to watch a pro at work Kudos to you and thx or posting vid!!!!
i need one of those tools you using to push that ring back. looks like its so much easier
+Blake Shirah its called Ring Master and made by Esco
Does it hold up is the real question?
Hey just wondering. I noticed you don’t have a hydraulic tailgate in the back of your truck. How do you load and unload the otr tires on location I just rigged up my own tire truck and I don’t have the tailgate either
How heavy is one of these tires? Cant seem to find tire weight anywhere
That looks exhausting but try doing 8 trucks in a row some 8 mounts and some 10 mounts both jobs are tuff
Don't worry Mike does it all the time!
Hammer Dragon if he’s doing 20.5s, I’m sure he’s done plenty of big rigs with full sets of tires
Truck tires are little tires
hey bro whats the name of the tool the u use for the rings sorry
what name The tool that u use to remove old tyre from The rim...???
I have a Clark Michigan Wheel Loader 125B.
I'd imagine it would be the same, or almost the same as this Wheel Loader in your video?? 23.5-25 is what I need to replace on it.
How long did this take?
I got an ASMR from watching this.
Let’s me know if you want to come to Alaska. Plenty of work up here.
