    YEA! Sioux City & Jolly Time! Good stuff. I grew up about 45 minutes north of Sioux City and my wife grew up in Kingsley, not to far from Bronson.

    Very similar to what I keep around, except I prefer tea over coffee. I usually keep some type of mustard around too. My favorite is BABCI mustard. It's polish, but I usually only find it in Canada. Has a great mild spiciness to it, but not over powering the mustard flavor. A friend of mine is a distributor of it in Quebec, and every time I go to Montreal I buy a few cases and bring it home to LA. I go through them quick.
    I would love to send you a few bottles and see if you can come up with a recipe that accompanies its taste.

    hi, please please can you do a bit on smoking chillies in kettle bbq, I have some Poblano growing at the moment and want to smoke them into Anchos. Plus smoking garlic sounds pretty cool too. thanks.

    Had just opened my Yuengling Black & Tan beer when I heard you say smoked garlic!!!!! As I love garlic, you can bet I will be smoking some today! Love all that FOOD! Also want the skull hot sauce! Kinda want the chocolate bar too. Great video, had fun

      Yeah, I shoulda had mustard....I would opt for the classic yellow American as I use it in smoking and grilling. Dijons are amazing for marinades and dressings then there's English mustard. Dang, so many choices.

    admiring your work, I suggest you to try the cinnamon smoked rib's. after they cook put some cinnamon wood in to the smoker and enjoy the incense flavoured meet

    Hey what do you say to someone who doesn't like certain ingredients? Like I don't like tomatoes or mushrooms and some other stuff but I love to cook. How do I expand my cooking without making food that I won't like the taste of by using ingredients that I don't like?

      You can switch that with paprika or avocado (delicious on bread with a bit salt n pepper) or just something else you like

      That depends on the tomato sauce. Mostly just tomatoes by themselves. Like on burgers and such. But sauce in stuff, like spaghetti or something, isn't bad. I think mostly cause I can't taste the juice.

    I never buy mayonnaise, it´s so damn easy to make it yourself! 30 seconds :P 1 part soy milk 3 parts neutral oil and mix it with a immersion blender. 10 seconds I am not kidding and it´s done. then season with some vinegar, maybe some mustard salt and pepper and it´s done. I hate soy milk I can´t stand it but this mayonnaise is sooo much better than storebought one! you have to try it!

    You have there a lot of yummy stuff except mayonnaise, i hate mayonnaise, especialy from Hellmann's, and i totaly agree raspberry chocolate, not good, minwhile lime chocolate drool drool.       +BaloghkA95 That's what I was saying. He doesn't cook his meat at 890 degrees Celsius. The salt dissolves into the meat as it draws water out of it. I wasn't saying you were wrong about the melting temperature of salt.
