Very similar to what I keep around, except I prefer tea over coffee. I usually keep some type of mustard around too. My favorite is BABCI mustard. It's polish, but I usually only find it in Canada. Has a great mild spiciness to it, but not over powering the mustard flavor. A friend of mine is a distributor of it in Quebec, and every time I go to Montreal I buy a few cases and bring it home to LA. I go through them quick. I would love to send you a few bottles and see if you can come up with a recipe that accompanies its taste.

I hate soy milk I can´t stand it but this mayonnaise is sooo much better than storebought one! you have to try it!
