As a former veteran in this topic I highly recommend COMPEED Cold Sore Discreet Healing Patch. You can wear lipstick on top of it. Cold sore is mostly caused by weakend immunilogy and/or stress. To prevent it in the future I recommend acyclovir pills :)

I started taking Bioglan Ashgwandha+Magnesium for a month now and I've been feeling great and experiencing complete, deep sleep too!
Ooooo thank you for sharing! I take magnesium sometimes but the problem is I’m still so groggy in the morning 😭
Oh no, hmm probably the type or the dosage of magnesium? I've read somewhere that too high of magnesium dosage could cause drowsiness; and also some people get better effect from chelated magnesium rather than the glycinate one (vice versa). Your naturopath definitely knows what's best for you for sure 😅 Also if you're taking other supplements, make sure none clashes/cancels another out!
