Im back and this time with a new build! I bought this Ford Fiesta ST for just £400! from the outside it doesn't look that bad but there's a catch...

It's not starting because you've tried it without the transponder in the key by the ignition barrel which has the receiver so the immobilizer has kicked in , you need to keep the key together and check it hasn't lost any parts as that will cause it not to start now

Neighbours like that generally have barking dogs that never get walked, out-of-control kids and throw noisy parties, with their "guests" parking in my driveway.
You know the people I mean.

There is a bloke round by where I live, he was working on cars outside his house, plenty of people complained and sent the local council round to his house claiming he was running a business from his house!!
He in fact told them he was doing it as a hobby and did not run a business from his house, they went away and haven't been back since, he still happily works on cars!!

I'd be keeping it stock, you've got more potential buyers that way.
If somebody wants it to upgrade and improve, then they'd get bits easily enough, but if someone sees loads of modifications, they might not want the bother of taking the car back to factory stock.
Either way, Fiestas will always find a buyer. Good luck with the car. 👍

Hi mate thres a small comportant inside the key housing, which is a transporter, sends signal to the ignition to start the car, U may need to see if thats intact and make sure the key blade is in the key housing, if the key remote is broken, secure is with cellotape, then attempt to start the car, Alternativley have a look at the ingnition fuse if its blown, replace it,

I'd keep the car stock if I was doing it, most car shows now its just these with shite body kits and pop 'n' bang maps, so to see one restored and unspoilt would be a rarity!

Quite rare options in that auto lights, wipers, 3rd rear head rest. You’d be laughing if it has curtain airbags too. The power steering in these boil very easily because of the lines running over the engine. If you need a hand with anything get in touch
@@Fiestaheaven I’ll double check to see if it has curtain airbags mate, I noticed it has heated front seats aswell not sure if that’s standard on the ST or not. Nice one mate, appreciate it, is there a way of relocating the power steering?
You have done well there for £400 mate, all I can see missing is the grille and the centre caps, both are available on ebay right now, I have just bought 4 brand new centre caps for my ST150 for £100.
The 3 headrests on the back seat is a rarity and usually means the car has auto lights and wipers, power fold mirrors and side airbags in the front seats.
@@tonystreet3574 thanks mate! I don’t know whether to keep the original wheels or not. I do like them and after a refurb I think they’ll look spot on! Oh nice I didn’t know that, I did notice it had auto lights and wipers which I was surprised about in a car of this age

It's not the original key the coil is not picking up the signal from the chip you can see the immo light flashing
the flashing light on the dash means imob issue mate cos the key fell apart the small chip in it might have fallen out as it needs to be up with the key for it to work other wise you get nothing when trying to start it how i know i have a fiesta thats had imobbalizer issues in the past also on the dash at the back on the board there are solder joints that go dry that cause the same issue

Hi firstly I wish you all the best in your adventure but I would caution you are not doing yourself any favours I'm sure your neighbours would know you are uploading to you tube and this video would contravene your tenancy agreement, been there done that, even an empty fuel tank is considered a huge fire risk when removed from the car. Hope you get a workshop soon.

lol hahaha she wouldn’t like me in my st150 then loud ain’t the word 😂power steering is a pain on thease cars has the engine cooks the fluid relocation kit needed aux belt prob about £10 good service oil / filters : spark plugs and always without doubt keep an eye on the level of oil like to use 1 litre every 1000 miles trait of the mondeo engine and when people neglect them bottom end knock is big end bearing = rebuild but other than that just normal wear and tear drop links bushes top mounts but there a good car and mods are endless just how deep are your pockets good luck we will all

Well l would get some new back seats and l would go to the local scrap yard for some brand new drivers seat and brand new passenger seat and replace the seat belts and l would recommend putting a CB radio in your car then l would install the CB Ariel but l would strongly recommend replacing all the wheels on your car give GDB rescue and recovery ask for Greg he will come to your home in his tyre can it will save you putting the car into a garage to replace them old wheels
The key is coded to the car and it broke off its housing. You need to check the housing.
Tell your neighbour to do one. Her attitude was crap. Well done for running a business. Not everybody works off a laptop.

Not exactly true, depends on the lease, these new build estates often have weird rules mine says no business from home, no working on cars, they don't mind some ass*ole coming round letting their dog shit on the grass, and not picking it up. Neighbour had car trouble, started working on the car, they came round threatened him with civil action, same with BBQ the management company sent round a warning, uncouth people drink beer and making a lot of noise, ruined it for everyone.
Well why don't you purchase a top done that would of helped to start your car
