  • On this episode, Prof. Mwachofi Ngure explains reincarnation, commercialization of disease, what determines your lifespans and so much more.
    Prof Ngure wa Mwachofi holds a BSc in Accounting from George Mason University in Fairfax Virginia -1985, and MA in international Affairs-1986 and a PhD Communication and Philosophy-1990 from Ohio University in Athens Ohio.
    He lived in the USA for 30 years where he schooled and taught at four universities (Ohio University, Indiana University, University of Wisconsin and Florida Gulf Coast University. In Kenya he taught at USIU since 2012 until retirement in 2019.
    Prof waMwachofi has an eclectic background. He has written newspaper articles in Kenya, journal articles and book chapters in various disciplines in the USA (see google scholar) and taught a broad range of courses including philosophy, journalism, senior seminars, International Relations.
    He consults on lifestyles (healthy living, diet, stress, yoga and meditation etc). He teaches swimming, mediation and yoga.
    He is a motivational speaker on broad range of lifestyles issues including financial management (saving), parenting, addiction, purpose driven life.

    Africans were eating so well until the white men came...maasai been eating meat for as long as i can remember...the luos ferment their vegetables...the merus ferment their uji and so on.
    Sudanese foods are so rich you do one meal and you can go a 12 hr fast translating into intermittent fasting.Interesting!

    Why USAID & WHO(as main health care donors) do not fund African traditional medication research.
    With these huge facilities and technology.
    Does it have to be pharmaceutical companies.
    Do we Africans know that our great grand used to do surgeries? Has that knowledge been passed down? No..why?

    Some foods make our body acidic once we eat. Avoiding such food enables us to avoid diseases. In most cases, diseases are amalgamation of cause-effects.
    The best research would be an individual avoiding acidic food for some months and then assessing the health results.

      Avoid any added sugar food eating low salt don't eat too much food kula ugali kidogo mboga nyingi the same to rice nyama sio lazima am now 4 month eating like that my hbp was very high but today it's normal
