Man every time Ceelo starts talking sounds like an intro to a song
😂😂😂😂
Like he's about to go into his verse on "Reset".
Facts
True 💯💯😂😂😂😂
if he says "I remember when" I'm getting up.
I’m a 38 year old white dude who was lucky enough to have Goodie Mobb & Outkast as my hip hop professors. There will never be anything like either one of em’ again. Legends
Goodie & Kast aight but Andre 3000 carry their names on his back. Without him theirs no legend out the crew. CeeLo singing sound like my dog when its crying
@@user-to3bv4mr3u
Nope.👍
@@kevinscott59 Well (Hey Ya) is the biggest hit any of them ever had all combined. I bet if I google outKast right now Hey Ya gonna be the 1st song pop up. That song also help that album go diamond. It wouldn't have went Diamond without Andre. I can bet u that
@@user-to3bv4mr3u
Ok.👍
Doesn't matter what color you are bro. Long as you recognize game and appreciate it despite how grim it can be, then we're all one.
I am from California I love Outkast and Goodie Mob since day one. ✊🏿
Same here I’m Mexican and the whole organized noise cluck was the shit growing up in Cali
Ooooo
You’re one of few.. I’m from Alabama and whenever I would visit family out of state.. My cousins would look at me like I had cursed out our grandparents.. But I mistakenly left a cd 💿 at my aunts house.. 6 months later they was acting like they was in the basement with them.. All that to say this.. You was head of the curve..
FACTS! Oakland been riding with them from the jump. That part ✊
LEGENDS!!!! Not Southern legends but LEGENDS PERIOD!!!!!

Joseph Starkweather Gawd Damn Right!! He got Hip Hop Quotable back then in the Source coming from the South.
@@YakThaWiseman72 I remember that as a 14 year old. I played the first outkast tape in my walkman at least a million times!
And "Beautiful Skin"
Younger generation pay attention the energy in this room can't be duplicated. This is the most iconic Hiphop group of south they went against the grain along with the other members of Dungeon Family to be mentioned 25 years later is a blessing not only Hip-Hop but muzic period

I dig the way Cee Lo is just being chill and not trying to say too much. He not trying to over take the conversation knowing that he is the most successful of the group. That's dope. I respect that.
The is most open and different I’ve seen T.I. you can tell he really admired and looks up to these legends and they have a little brother big brother relationship
He was relaxed and respected the legends cause he knows their knowledge is more wiser than his years.
This video deserves more views. Goodie Mob is a legendary hip hop group and The Dungeon's finest.
I got a lot more respect for Tip saying he asked for approval from Outkast, Goodie Mobb, Scarface and other OG's before he called himself the king of the south.
Neva asked Pimp C or Master P 😎😎
@@rollinstonemoula9689 pimp was locked up
He didn't ask for their either permission or blessing. He asked if was a GOOD IDEA. THEIR answer...... to quote CE LO ....OH HELL YEAH DO THAT. Literally quoting him from a few minutes ago. It's an hour long video. Shit what you been watching?
That's real!💪💪
This is it right here!... most important interview T.I. has ever done. By faaaaaaaaaar.

Yep me too. I listened to Still Standing last night for the first time in awhile... and I was like, they should re- release this album because it's even more prevalent and relevant today.

LIVING LEGENDS!!!! I remember going to their concert in 1995 with my friends. 12 years old... Cell Therapy!! I ended up meeting them a few more times later in life here in Augusta on a more personal level... Real solid wise men. Much love and respect to Goodie M.O.B.
I hate they fell apart but glad to see them back together. Now its time for Outkast to shock the world.
Soul food and Still Standing are some of the most well put together projects ever to be assembled in musical history...truly beyond hip hop I salute these brothers for bringing understanding and pride to be a southern lyricist these guys are forever embedded in my musical dna.... salute 🙌🏾🙏🏾‼️

"Plandemic"! Tell em Khujo! I love these brothers.
The camaraderie in this interview is admirable.
Glad to see Cee-lo back and not dressed all weird. That's the guy I remember from back in the day. Just happy to see all them boys together period, sumn legendary.
@Just Business bro u know that nigga was on some weird shit at one point in time after he went solo. Lol come on now.
It wasn't necessarily weird shit. I just think his expression was different that what you was used too. But even then he was always a nigga from Atlanta. Him and 3k just put different sauce on they shit lol.
Cee-Lo Green always been eccentric with fashion, just like Andre 3000.
He was always different
Goodie spoken word rapstyle is so organic! Hell i didn't break down the bars till I was older!
Respect to Tip for having Goodie on and the folks commenting here
I got goosebumps watching this lol. And it's so cool to see how humble T.i is with them.
These some intelligent brothers! When he said plandemic it made me feel proud! They’ve been woke since the 90s or before. Goodie Mob always 💯0000!
I’m loving this Legendary interview with Goodie Mobb and T. I. Southern Royalty all day everyday.

Always loved Goodie Mob! And I remember when Ceelo went solo and he had a song called 'Big Ol Words' and he lyrically killed that shit!! Then ended it with "I don't ever wanna hear niggaz from the South can't rhyme! EVER!!!" He proved we can rap down here!! (Sidenote: I always wanted a 3000 and Ceelo album!! Just throwing it out there!!)💯💯💯💯
Real Talk! his solo projects went underappreciated. I wish the music gods would bless us with a 3stacks and ceelo album!
Also"one for the road” off his first solo

Ceelo is one of the top top rappers and his singing voice is outrageous in my opinion. I'm from Chicago and I lived in Atlanta for 6-7years wen I was a teen so I got the chance to develop this fact from the start. Still Standing is top ten greatest albums of all time in my list
Dopest show!!! Y’all put on for the city fr!! Salute!! Zone 1-6
This is a great interview
Tip don't forget pastor troy blew up Atlanta on the map after goodie mob AND OUTKAST. They brought that man on at their concert and made everything pop off. Don't forget that.. Everyone wanted pastor troy as a feature. Even you did a song with PT.
He never went Platinum but he made some noise. It was Ludacris who took off after them
Definitely greatest hip albums ever some of those songs still give me chills
This was very good. I wanna hear part 2 now. Growing up in Alabama listening to the Dungeon Family and now living in Atlanta and driving pass some of the places they rapped about and spoke about in this interview, this was awesome. Just missing Outkast, Witchdoctor, Cool Breeze, Slim Calhoun etc. I felt Cee-lo when he said "people saw their reflection in our Superman and then they had contempt in our Clark Kent". That was profound. Also, much respect to TIP for getting the blessing from all the Kings before calling himself the King of the South. I never knew that. This was just a great part 1. Waiting on part 2......
EXCELLENT conversation!! As a fellow ATLien who was living her BEST life during the time of the Dungeon Family's domination, hearing these guys discuss their careers/evolution and thinking back to those times always brings back great memories. There was so much individuality in music, with ATL hip hop, the Neo Soul movement, etc. I don't know if there'll ever be an energy/vibration like that again. It was also really cool to hear T.I. 's love and respect for his OG's, and the mutual love and respect they have for him. Such humble, good, GROWN brothers! Thank you for this and Part II !
Still standing is one of my favorite albums period
Wasn’t no way I wasn’t going to watch this one! Whether you from Ga, Florida, Bama, Texas, Louisiana, Carolinas, you know who these men are! If you don’t, I advise you to get wit it expeditiously!
Hip hop was born in new York but music itself was born in the south... Mississippi to be exact...✊🏿
American music was born in Mississippi
🔥best Goodie interview in a long time. Big ups to Goodie, TI, PA, Outkast, YB, CoolBreeze, Witchdoctor etc...College Park(Pine Tree)/EastPoint=Atl..All day, and day.🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🥲💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾From the woods.
One of the best interviews I've heard. Alot of clarification and history.
I moved to Atlanta in my 20's because of the music. I am not a artist either. Im back home in Chicago now. But, Atlanta made me strong. The music kept me going. Thank you All so much!
That Soul Food Album is very spiritual. "God, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, courage to change the things I can and wisdom to know the difference." The older I get, the more applicable this prayer is to my life. Thank you, brothers in spirit. God bless.
Who's that peeking in my window ,blaow, nobody now💯💯💯
