of course in Italy we can share a slice of pizza, but usually it is the larger one, not the normal size pizza. Tap water is not available because restoraunt want to sell bottle to gain more money .
in Italy shops do not serve tap water, even if drinkable, because every city is full of public fountains where water is free; shops only sell spring water
In Italy, sharing pizza takes on a completely different meaning. There are usually 2 cases: 1. Normal round pizzas usually serve 1 person = 1 pizza. If you do not want just one flavor and you someone in confidence at the table you can agree to exchange half of your pizzas in the plates. The result will always be 1 pizza = 1 person but of two different types. It is not widely used really, a lot of confidence between those doing it is essential, almost as if it were something intimate. 2. In case of large groups or parties, not dinners at the pizzeria, many take-out places offer pizza by the meter. Literally half a meter or a whole meter of pizza, as wide as a regular pizza but elongated and squarer at the corners. It is cut as soon as it comes out of the oven into rectangular parts so it can be shared. This is the only real case of sharing, but more often, even in groups, as many round (regular) pizzas are ordered take-out for each diner.
You can have a cold cappuccino in the afternoon. Cold milk and cold espresso. It's quite nice in summer. Anyway, cappuccino after midday sounds strange, but you can have it if you want.

I'm Italian and i can say that some things are real, but others, in my opinion, are too much exaggerate.
In questi tipi di video vengono sempre fatte vedere cose esagerate. Si parla di “regole” come se fossero delle leggi dello Stato italiano !

lived in italy 31 years, never heard of a friend refusing to let you taste or share pizza. Of course you have to ask first, as with anything.
