Ainsley focuses the session on technical work with the aim of developing the players to finish first time off a cutback.
The practice gets the players to play around to receive on the back foot, play forward and into a cut back for a first time finish from a central area.
The session is working on attacking, combining and linking to eliminate the opposition and score goals.
