Man this reminds me of walking to school 2-3 hours late when I was a sophomore in high school. My parents would go to work early in the morning and my first classes of the day sucked and weren’t that important. I would wake up at 10, eat some cereal, get dressed, and leave the house. I can still feel the fresh breeze and the sun’s warmth as I cross the empty bridge, while a bright baby blue color takes over the sky and Gambino blasts on my headphones. My heart feels heavy reminiscing about this right now. I miss it.
