Bro I got my dirt bike a few weeks ago and was on the verge of selling it cuz I couldn’t ride for shit but this guys video gave me the confidence I never thought I would have mans fr a legend for these vids
Can you teach me I kinda don’t know how to control my bike in air
At 45 years old I prolly shouldn't be watching this. "Just relax" he says, while sideways in the air. Lol
probably*
Me 2 lol 43 n just bought a brand new yz250 2 stroke.... just cant help myself from being in love with mx. Started riding in 1980... 69 bikes n atvs later here i am.. ..
We eventually return to the dirt after we pass from this earth, so we might as well play in the dirt a whole bunch while we’re here. And there’s no better way to do that than with a motor underneath you. Keep on rippin!!
just bought m first 250 four stroke and havent had a bike in 25 yr. why not its my bucket list just hope it aint my bucket lol
I'll be 44 in october just got a 2020 CRF 450, been 17 years since quit dirtbike. Within a week I'm better than I ever was. All these nice paid tracks to ride on now really helps compared to the sandpits back in 02.
I watch these videos and feel confident like I can do it then eat crap
Meanbuuny sometimes ya gotta eat crap to learn 🤷🏼♂️ eventually you’ll get tired of eating crap and figure out what your doing wrong.
Ive done that before. Just start small and always make sure you get it back around!
Oh boy. I am in trouble..lol
VroomVroomDana hey vroom vroom dana. Ikr I am afraid to do this lol. What if I do tighten up...
Geektechking same that's what I'm thinking
What does joey look like
I love you bro
Dana yay
Why am I even watching this? I can’t hit a jump like that normally.
SuperDuperKiwi you got it bud just send her
SuperDuperKiwi it’s really not that bad bud. You’ll get over your fear the first few times and realize how fun it is, then you’ll always wanna go bigger. nothing to be scared about.
In other words. Just send her buddy.
haha that's awesome, Start small and eventually you will be able to. Keep it up!
Last time i tryed to clear a jump i did it on the jump that had a that long hill landing and my foot slipt of the brake and i drove in to the forest and it was so painfull a bad memori
And where do I buy a set of balls from to have a go at this!
U don’t u just fucking send her
Logan M shut up
I got a pair for sell..
Just grab your set outta the wife’s purse that you gave up when you got married
@@loganm2947 u tryna SEND him to the hospital aren’t ya
Your videos are phenomenal. Never rode a day of moto in my life, was clearing 30’ tables by my 3rd session my first time out thanks to tips from previous videos I’ve watched. People, don’t sleep on the fundamentals.
Haven’t ridden is 15 years. The last thing I should be watching.
Same here 😂
Haha haven’t ridden in 5 years
30 years for me :)
I just started riding on a track after being a woods rider all my youth. I haven't been on a bike for 14 years, only rode 4 strokes and now at 40 years of age , just got my first 2 stroke. I love the explosiveness of my yz250!!!!
i wish i saw this video when i was in highschool learning to whip. learning to do it myself showed me all the things described in this video great job guys. i used to look up how to whip videos and they never would talk about coming up the face a little crooked like you guys did 👍 great video
I just turned 40 and I've been riding since I was 6 years old....but this video gave me some tips that helped me. It proves your never to old to learn something new especially from a younger crowd...nice job thanks!
I was very experienced at doing whipits when I was a teenager, however they didnt involve dirtbikes or dentists.
joe leeman 😂😂😂😂 party on brother ✌🏻 brain cells regenerate, I think 🤷🏼♂️
@@Cody2nd umm I'm pretty sure they dont😂😂
Lmaoo🤣
I’ve Never seen this channel or the content before and I’m pretty involved in MX. Great tutorial. Sub’d.
+Justin M 👍🏻 Thanks for the sub brother, many more videos coming your way...
Justin M what bike do you have?
Great tutorial. I've watched a few MX Factory vids. and they are to the point and simple to follow. Keep them coming.
Thanks for the videos,
I see some people saying you shouldn't learn this stuff from you tube but tuition is how every good rider became great. Being on the bike is just the main part of the learning process not the only one You don't hear ciarolli, herlings or tomac knocking tuition! Thanks again 👍🏻
I can't thank you guys enough for these videos. They make me so excited to ride and try new things. I love how you guys point out that there is always a safe way to try and do it first. Thank you so much!
Thanks for the great comment and feedback!
Quality content guys, wish this was around when I learned how to ride, I got pretty fast but never learned how to whip or wheelie, didn't want to wreck my bike.
Always look forward to watching these vids you guys definitely need to post more you guys make the best mx tutorials and tips on RUclips hands down
+TheGamingFish64 That means a lot to us for you to share that positivity, so thanks!! We are currently coming up with a schedule that will allow for much more often and consistent posting, so stay tuned!
The Mx Factory definitely cannot wait and I have a question for y’all over at mxfactory and it’s that so I am currently 14 almost 15 with riding experience and only have raced once, I ride an 07 ktm 200 xc, If I really get a lot of seat time and racing time do I still have time to potential go professional? Or is it too late. Because I’ve always been passionate about dirt biking and know everything about maintenance I just was never able to get a bike until a year and a half ago
It's NEVER too late to chase a dream. Motocross is a young guys sport, but if you treat your body right with proper physical fitness conditioning and eat the proper foods, you could race far into 20's and 30's. Be smart, be open to learn and take lessons to reduce the crashing risk, wear all the safety gear you can so when you fall you can reduce the risk of getting seriously hurt. Because on the road to becoming pro you WILL crash, you WILL get hurt, you WILL be discouraged, but it feels AMAZING when you persevere through all that and accomplish your goal. Keep on riding buddy and thanks for watching our videos! Many blessings to your racing future :)
The Mx Factory thanks definitely brought my confidence up to 100% and hopefully I get a trainer this year to jumpstart my motocross skills :)
By far the most informative channel going, makes it easy to follow and my man is straight up , wish you well in life brother
I'm 62 and have a 1974 Yamaha mx250. Will this work for me? Can't decide if I should try this before or after I storm area 51.

Style for days, awesome tutorials, good job 👍🏻👌🏻
Y’all are really helping a lot of riders. Thanks for your videos.
Awesome thanks you for the lessons and please don't stop it 👏👏👏👏👏👏
This is one of the best breakdowns of a whip, I have to try this next summer. Watching the video I think there are two more things involved. First when you exit the face, you turn the bar in lock and maybe pull it closer. Then when you prepare landing you straighten the bars, which also helps the bike to recover straight. Second I think the bike and rider start slightly different trajectories. Then in the last half of the flight the rider gets on the bike. If you check "tom pages front flair" it seems impossible, but if the rider and bike start with a bit differently timed trajectories it might be possible :)
Watching this in advance haven't ridden a dirt bike in like 4 years mostly been on road bikes. Going to try this on the Namibian Dunes next year🤘
Awesome, good video i will pratice it
This video was awesome made a bunch of sense thanks for the tips
Definitely the number one channel on RUclips for moto tutorials
Best and most no-BS whipping video ever! THANKS!
Great clip! Excellent channel and content! Thanks!
Wow this take me back to some frustrating times. The first time I learned I threw a few good whips, then had one I didn't get back. Make sure you get it back around most important part!
You chose the BEST music choice for this tutorial!!!
nice looking riding gear and also a great video
“Just rip it and send us a video” hahah 😂 love that!!
It's for their "best failed whip compilation" vid.
Can you guys do a "How to Scrub" tutorial? You guys make the best riding tutorials on youtube.
We really appreciate the great feedback! Thanks so much and look for a scrub video to be released soon. It's already filmed and in the editing process.
1st time watcher, instantly a follower. Great video guys!!!!
the best video of teaching how to whip..Well done guys!
Thanks for watching and commenting with positivity!
What about entry speed? Do you approach the jump the same way you would when jumping straight, or do you add a little speed since the bike isn't releasing the shock compression straight up?
Awesome video. I see you got a new bike as well.
Just commented on the scrub video and I feel the same way about this one. It would definitely give some better insight if you threw some smaller whips. Still an awesome video and got a like from me. Love what you guys do! Keep up the great work!
Your vids are SOOOO help full
Awesome tutorial. Wish I watched when I was still riding. Still cool 😎
Great vid. I've always wanted to learn how to do this on a BMX bike. Note to anyone who's watching this: experience is also one of the best teachers. Once you learn basic method for whipping, do not forget to practice this over and over and over again until you get it right. That's how I learned to jump a bike. I didn't have any prior knowledge of jumping whatsoever. just practicing everyday and I learned it very quickly. Thanx for the cool vid!!!
+Ace's Antics We appreciate the feedback and for watching!
Great vid 🤘🤘
Can’t wait to give this a go
Great tutorial!
You guys help out so much
+Gaige Johnson Awesome! We love hearing that, we certainly aren't holding anything back and are trying to give you guys as much knowledge as possible.
Had the opportunity to ride with you at Murphy’s Mx great guy with great ideas to help our moto community. 🤙🏻👊🏻✊🏻

Learned how to whip in 3 days for a English vid I had to make for the class this vid helps a lot!
One of the best instructional videos I've seen for learning to whip it
+Sonoknow Thanks for watching and the positive comment! We have more on the way for different kinds of whips 👍🏻
Into shape, get straight move ahead get straight.... you must whip it! Whip it good.... I don’t know if I’ll ever whip but I love at least knowing more about the process that is so sweet to watch when done right! Thank you whip master!
same way you learn how to jump straight ig. follow the speed of a person who knows how to whip
I'm 57 and you guys have taught me a lot of stuff! Not dead yet! Rubber side down!
It seems like there are a lot of "older" men on this site. WE ALL THANK YOU FOR ALL THE TRAINING! Love watching your tutorials and then eating a whole lot of rock, dirt, and sand! WORTH EVERY BIT!

That was Sick and made total sense to me anyways!!
Let me ask you something.... I used to whip in my dirtbike and well I would like to try it in a motocross bike and what you said about the natural way the moto moves is a great form to explain how to whip! Cheers bro! I will try the way you explain it! So what happen when the bikes just lose control in the air?
You earned a subscriber, loved it!

Thanks MX Factory, always wondered why the GOAT never cared to produce such great videos so some riders that push their limits do not get hurt. Why?!???
Great vids!
When bringing the bike back up and your reving the engine, are you pulling the clutch And reving or using the rear wheel, Clutch out reving to bring it up right ?
