Wow, this is like the PERFECTLY BUILT house! Everything is super impressive, with the most impressive being the vein matching silver travertine flooring and walls. However, those veins are quite strong and carry a bold energy with it, which is a particular taste, whereas, a more flat and muted finish that calms you is typically much more preferred. I personally don’t like golf course views, although, like you said, Dubai is just dessert, so having a golf course is better than just ugly sand. The pool and the backyard is just so amazing. I love the palm trees, what a great touch! The floating stones over water could be quite slippery if it gets wet, though. The size of the fire pit is impressive, but I agree that practically speaking it’s actually a negative; having 2 or 3 separate smaller ones would work much better. But when I ask myself what is my favorite part of the house, I really can’t think of any space that would make me want to just hang in there and never leave, but I do like the final night shot of the back of the house, showcasing its beauty and grandeur, and that realization, coupled with my observation about the silver travertine carrying too strong of an energy, I am wondering if it’s a house best suited for partying and living that high energy, work hard, play hard lifestyle, or is it a good candidate for a home to dwell peacefully in.

This is an amazing home, you guys did a great job at filming it and editing and inserts and everything else you guys did a really really great job covering it you're really stepped up your overall presentation in general your knowledge of the materials and the brands the electronics how they work Somers ability to open revolving and glass doors lol :-) to your styling and attire coordination great job guys keep up the great work.

One of two or three super houses I ve seen in Dubai and is stulish full stylish inside with so nice marble, bar and many many beautiful pieces .. the most of expensive houses in Dubai is expensive but kits .. the houses in LA is 10000 times up from houses in Dubai .. A lovely home. I have stayed in Dubai for a few days en route to Europe for holidays in 1990, 1994, 1999 and 2008, but don't quite recall the weather because I was young and neither heat nor cold could get me down. I do recall sweating a lot, but not quite feeling stifled. What are the weather and water like? Is the weather comfortable enough to sit outside in open without air-conditioning? To go for strolls and jogs? Is the sea water comfortably warm ? Cold or uncomfortably hot? This is a grand and majestic home with exceptional views. Would you prefer this or a home on the beach based on the weather and the activity venues? How do the beaches and weather fare against those in Italy, Greece, Thailand and the Maldives? And, BTW, Summer has turned exceedingly desirable over the years:)
I think the bed in the principal bedroom was too small considering the sheer size of the room. You would expect a more eye-catching bed in terms of the size of the room.
It is a gorgeous house, too big for me!! I am again disappointed by the lack of staff space again, not even windows. Poor design given all the dead space and excessive seating areas in the main part of the home. That bothers me greatly.
Nice place, no, this is not enough. Anyway garage is beautiful but still not included hypercars and needed few antique furnishings. Place for marshmallows and swimming pool is favourite place 😉🙂
