When I was doing some research it said it could take a lot of time. But I’m hoping it won’t be too long, it’s not easy trying to manage a long term relationship and trying to stay positive. 🤦🏾‍♀️

Hi, no I didn’t use an attorney. I did go to one for a consultation but chose to do it myself. I cannot remember her name. But with an immigration attorney you can use one from any state. Check out McBean immigration. She has a RUclips channel and she’s in NY. If she can’t assist, perhaps she can refer you to someone here in Atlanta.

Hi, yes, she just needs to go do her medical exam asap. You should have received info on what to bring to medical exam & preparation for interview in the interview appointment email. Also, she needs to take the documents and your financial information (your most recent tax transcripts & w2s) with her to interview. She’ll need original marriage certificate, her original birth certificate, a copy of YOUR passport, copy the DS260 confirmation page, etc.,
