I just think she have reached a similar point as myself, be happy you can feel anything at all watching something like that. My reaction was kind of... "Huh less cheering then expected" and "look some of them did a golf clap", even when most of the room burst out in a standing ovation. When you expect everyone in the room to act a certain way, you sort of don't feel anything when they indeed do act in way which is expected... even when it's a terrible sight.

And dont forget she snubbed Netanyahu's speech. She probably didnt want to seem completely anti-Israel and alienate the Jewish vote.
Her post Bibi meeting press briefing was awesome. She stated openly and clearly she supports a two-state solution (independent Palestinian state), a full cease fire, unrestricted aid to Palestinian civilians and return of the hostages and their remains to Israel. She has:
-Verbally committed to the existence of Israel as a state and its right to defend itself.
-Also directly condemned Hamas as a terrorist organization.
-Explicitly condemned the violence against civilians.
-Directly placed responsibility for the lack of aid flowing into Gaza on Israel and said they need to do better.
-Called openly for a ceasefire, which the Biden admin required her to amend to "...for six weeks".
-Condemned specifically the pro-Hamas and flag burning protests.
-Expressed support for the right to peacefully protest.
    She has not:
-Praised or expressed support for Netanyahu specifically.

8:30... thats what I thought I heard before, but it was a livecast so I could not go back...
"That is more than 3,000 calories per person"???? I have an eating disorder. So does my best friend. 3,000 calories is 2 DAYS worth of food. Did he just SERIOUSLY CLAIM they did good because they allowed 2 DAYS worth of food for everyone to go through?

15:30 obama would have... no. Obama was attempting to avoid being labelled pro-terror. He still is dogged by it. He would have been worse, no matter what the books written by his staff would like to say. No... we have not had a real anti-war person in office since Kennedy, and any candidate that AIPAC thinks may cross them will get the same treatment.

Yeah, alienate all of the base that is pro-Israel, which is much of the country, so we can be sure Trump wins and hastens the destruction of Gaza. Good thinking! Kamala will be better than Trump on I/P, that should be all that matters. It's an extra bonus that she's better on Gaza than Biden, but criticizing her on Gaza only serves to worsen her chances and as such increase the chances of a much worse candidate winning

its going to be superhard to tell if her "tough on israel" stance is performative or actually something meaningful.I just dont think the military industrial complexa and aipac is going to allow someone pro-palestine to get in power at this point in time.

She was a pragmatic coward during the 2020 primary, she'll continue to be one indefinitely. She's bette than Trump, but it's very clear she'll always serve her pragmatisim.

That sounds like pretty conspiratorial thinking. It's more the consequences of first past the post. Due to the two-party system, both parties try to play as close to the middle as possible. Anybody that has a more extreme stance will reluctantly vote for the closer candidate. Going far to a side means that you cede the middle to the opposition.

Her statement about the so-called protesters was very specific. She was calling out the absolutely ridiculous levels of vandalism and burning of things. NOT peaceful protesting. Yet you all know that but act as if she was somehow silencing dissension. Explain to me oh so valiant ones what purpose is using red spray pain all over statues and monuments with the label HAMAS? That’s essentially a crime. I love this channel but whenever this topic comes up you all short circuit and lost the ability to gauge situations properly.

It's paint on a statue man. They just hosted a foreign war criminal who talks about Americans like they are servile morons, while taking billions of tax dollars from them to commit genoclde. How else do you get your message across, when 9 months of protests have no effect? Hear the voice of the people, the longer they are ignored the more enraged they become.

17:40 “why? Who’s it for?” It’s for the people who aren’t ideological about Palestine who see people burning a us flag and threatening Hamas is coming.
    Harris’s statement was fine, tbh.
