When I received Jesus/Yeshua over 40 years ago in London, I was taught that Gog was Russia (then the USSR), Gomer Turkey (then a great friend of Israel), and of course, Persia is Iran, (there's no mystery about that) but again a great friend of Israel then.
When the wall fell and the USSR collapsed, I wondered about those interpretations, thinking Russia would become democratic. Of course, Russia went on to become even more dangerous. And BTW Putin makes no mystery of his alliance with Iran, supplying each other with weapons and technologies, etc. Putin received Hamas soon after the 7th of October.
As for Turkey and Iran, they went on to become the worst enemies of Israel, as has been amply demonstrated since the 7th of October.
So I believe (not dogmatically) in those interpretations because they have stood the test of time.🙏

Is the *SUFFERING SERVANT* of Isaiah 53 *ISRAEL?* Why do some Jews think it is and why do some Jews (Messianic Jews) believe it is the *MESSIAH?*
The prophet Isaiah prophesied that the the Messiah would be a *_`stone of stumbling'_* to the Jews and they would reject him (Isaiah 8:14-15). Indeed, true to the prophecy, they still reject him to this day as they did over 2000 years ago.
SEVEN REASONS WHY THE SERVANT OF ISAIAH 53 IS THE MESSIAH AND NOT ISRAEL.
1. Isaiah 53:1 refers to the suffering servant as *“the Arm of the Lord.”*
There are 37 references to “the Arm of the Lord” in the Tanakh (Hebrew Bible). NEVER does that phrase refer to Israel. The Arm of the Lord acts on behalf of Israel, but is never Israel. Among other things, the Arm of the Lord REDEEMS and DELIVERS Israel when Israel is not able to deliver herself. (See, for example, Exodus 6:6, Exodus 15:16, Deuteronomy 4:34, 5:15, 9:29, 26:8, II Kings 17:36, Psalm 44:3, and Ezekiel 20:33-34.) Clearly the suffering servant, the Arm of the Lord, cannot be Israel.
2. The consistent use of pronouns in the passage makes it clear that the suffering servant is an *INDIVIDUAL* -who is distinct from the Jewish people- to whom Isaiah was speaking.
Throughout the passage, the suffering servant is always referred to in the singular (he, him, himself, and his), while the people of Israel are referred to in the plural (we, us, and our) or simply as “my people.” Thus, the suffering servant cannot be Israel. For example, Isaiah 53:5 states:
But HE (the Servant) was wounded because of OUR (Isaiah’s people-Israel) transgressions, HE (the Servant) was crushed because of OUR (Isaiah’s people-Israel) iniquities: the chastisement of OUR (Isaiah’s people- Israel) welfare was upon HIM (the Servant), and with HIS stripes (the Servant’s stripes) WE (Isaiah’s people- Israel) are healed.
This can be seen throughout the chapter as well. The Servant is clearly an individual and “OUR” is the people of Israel.
3. In Isaiah 53, the Servant is *‘UNIQUELY RIGHTEOUS’.*
In the book of Isaiah, Israel is God’s dearly loved people. However, they are not called a perfect people. Case in point, Isaiah 1:4 says of the nation:
“Alas sinful nation, a people laden with iniquity. A brood of evildoers, children who are corrupters!”
He then goes on in the same chapter to characterize Judah as Sodom, Jerusalem as a harlot, and the people as those whose hands are stained with blood (verses 10, 15, and 21). What a far cry from the INNOCENT sufferer of Isaiah 53:9 who had “done no violence, nor was any deceit in his mouth.”
Additionally, the suffering servant is the most RIGHTEOUS person described in SCRIPTURE. Not only is he called a Servant (of God), in Isaiah 53:11, he is called “Tsadeek ahvdee” צַדִּיק עַבְדִּי, or “My righteous servant.” This is the only place in the ENTIRE HEBREW BIBLE where this phrase is used. It certainly is never used of Israel. In addition, neither Abraham, Moses, David, nor any other prophet or ruler was ever called “Tsadeek ahvdee”, or “My righteous servant” in the Hebrew Bible.
This suffering servant must, therefore, be someone greater than Abraham, David, or even Moses to be called such a name. It is no wonder that the great majority of rabbis throughout the ages concluded that this righteous servant was none other than the Messiah of Israel.
4. Isaiah said in verse 10: *“It pleased the LORD to bruise him.”*
Has the awful treatment of the Jewish people, (contrary, by the way, to the teachings of Jesus’ to love everyone), really been God’s pleasure, as is said of the suffering of the servant in Isaiah 53:10?
If, as some rabbis say, Isaiah 53 refers to the holocaust, can we really say of Israel’s suffering during that horrible period, “It pleased the LORD to bruise him?” Did God take pleasure with the holocaust? Yet it makes perfect sense to say that God was pleased to have the Messiah suffer and die as our sin offering to provide us forgiveness and atonement.
5. The figure described in Isaiah 53 is to *ATONE* for his people’s sins.
The Hebrew word used in Isaiah 53:10 for “sin-offering” is “asham,” אָשָׁם which is a term meaning guilt and used of an offering for a sin or trespass. The exact same Hebrew word is used 27 times in Leviticus, the main book in the Torah about sin/trespass offerings. THEREFORE, HOW CAN ISRAEL BE A SIN OFFERING FOR THEMSELVES?
Also, if Isaiah 53 refers to Israel then Isaiah 53:8 should read: "Israel was struck for the transgression of Israel". It makes no sense!
The guilt offering, or “asham,” was always offered on behalf of or in place of the one who had committed the trespass or sin. Isaiah 53 describes a sinless and perfect sacrificial lamb who takes upon himself the sins of others so that they might be forgiven. Can anyone really claim that the terrible suffering of the Jewish people atones for the sins of the world? Whoever Isaiah 53 speaks of, the figure described suffers and DIES in order to provide a LEGAL PAYMENT for sin so that others can be forgiven. This cannot be true of the Jewish people as a whole, or of any other regular human.
6. The “asham” אָשָׁם (verse 10) always *HAD TO DIE.* Likewise, the suffering servant clearly died.
See Isaiah 53:8, 9, 10, and 12. He was “cut off out of the land of the living,” he had a grave; he was with the rich “in his death;” and he “poured out his soul unto death.” However, Israel as a whole never died. In fact, it is impossible for Israel to ever die, because God promised Israel that she would live forever. (See, for example Jeremiah 31:35-37.)
7. The Jewish people (Israel) were promised that if they obeyed God, they would be greatly blessed, not *SUFFER.*
Deuteronomy 28:2 “All these blessings will come on you and accompany you if you obey the Lord your God”
So why would Israel SUFFER in Isaiah 53 if there was "no deceit in his mouth"?

2. *Symbol* the moon and star ☪️
3. *Shrine* 🕋.
4. Hubal was also *creator of the Heavens and the Earth.*
5. Muslims who worship Allah of the Qur’an and worshippers of Allah (Hubal) are both *"slaves of Allah".* Hubal was worshipped by Muhammad’s grandfather (Abdu'l-Muttalib) and father (Abdullah) as 'Allah' of the Kaaba and Muhammad’s grandfather dedicated Muhammad to Hubal at the centre of the Kaaba. Abdullah meant 'slave of Hubal'. In Judaism and Christianity, the God of Abraham is Father and we are his *children* (spiritually). The 7th century 'Allah' of the Qur’an is not the true God of Abraham of the Jews and Christians. People will perish because of lack of knowledge!
Hubal means 'He who is Baal'. Baal is a manifestation of S-tan, the great deceiver.
The greatest deception the devil ever pulled was to make you believe that he is the Most High God of the previous scriptures. S-tan deceives by disguising himself as a being of light and his servants as servants of righteousness (2 Corinthians 11:14-15).
Why can't devout Muslims see through the deception of the 7th century 'Allah' of the Kaaba?
The *golden rule* of *deception* is *management* of the other person's *perception* so that they do not know any deception is happening...
You see, the greatest deception the world has ever seen was that although Muhammad had (at the conquest of Mecca) destroyed the 360 idols of the Kaaba (including the pagan human statue of the moon and star god ☪️ Hubal of the Kaaba 🕋 which stood at the center), the *destruction* of Hubal's statue was in fact the deceptive *re-invention, rebranding and disguise* of Hubal to be *like* the Most High God of Abraham and the Prophets. Allah claims this title in Al-Aʻla (87:1)). What does Isaiah 14:13-14 have to say about this?
That's why Hubal's Kaaba and Black Stone 🕋 are still in place, shockingly, thanks to the biggest 7th century deception that they were set up by Abraham and Ishmael (QS 2:127 and QS 22:26-27)!
From the Law of Moses, the Prophets and the Psalms there is no evidence whatsoever of these names ever participating in building the Kaaba of Islam. It's a big, big lie!

Eze 38:2 Son of man, set thy face against Gog, the land of Magog, the chief prince of Meshech and Tubal, and prophesy against him,
Meshech and Tubal were located in modern Turkey. Turkey leads the Gog invasion. Russia is part of the coalition as the far north but Gog is chief prince of Meshech and Tubal which was in the ancient Turkey/Armenia area. Watch for Turkey to resurrect the ancient Ottoman rule of the middle east. Turkey is Gog check ancient middle east maps.
Ezekiel 38-39 describes the Gog battle or battles depending on your perspective. It is very easy to determine the timing of the Gog/Magog war. If we look at the end of Eze 39 we see a set of conditions that can only be true at a particular time in history.
Eze 39:21 And I will set my glory among the heathen, and all the heathen shall see my judgment that I have executed, and my hand that I have laid upon them.
Eze 39:22 So the house of Israel shall know that I am the LORD their God from that day and forward.
Eze 39:23 And the heathen shall know that the house of Israel went into captivity for their iniquity: because they trespassed against me, therefore hid I my face from them, and gave them into the hand of their enemies: so fell they all by the sword.
Eze 39:24 According to their uncleanness and according to their transgressions have I done unto them, and hid my face from them.
Eze 39:25 Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD; Now will I bring again the captivity of Jacob, and have mercy upon the whole house of Israel, and will be jealous for my holy name;
Eze 39:26 After that they have borne their shame, and all their trespasses whereby they have trespassed against me, when they dwelt safely in their land, and none made them afraid.
Eze 39:27 When I have brought them again from the people, and gathered them out of their enemies' lands, and am sanctified in them in the sight of many nations;
Eze 39:28 Then shall they know that I am the LORD their God, which caused them to be led into captivity among the heathen: but I have gathered them unto their own land, and have left none of them any more there.
Eze 39:29 Neither will I hide my face any more from them: for I have poured out my spirit upon the house of Israel, saith the Lord GOD.
The conditions described at the end of Eze 39 can only occur at the end of the age. Israel knows God from that day forward, the gentiles will see the judgment God has dished out, God will pour His spirit out upon the house of Israel and no longer hide His face from Israel. God rescues Israel at the battle of Armageddon. So that makes the end of the Gog battle (Eze 39) line up with the timing of Armageddon. That makes Gog the AntiChrist which we see hinted at in Eze 38.
Eze 38:17 Thus saith the Lord GOD; Art thou he of whom I have spoken in old time by my servants the prophets of Israel, which prophesied in those days many years that I would bring thee against them?
God says the prophets of Israel wrote about Gog in their writings. This defines Gog as the AC since Armageddon is where God defeats the AC and company which is also the Gog war. When we search the OT for a battle in Israel that God defeats the enemies arrayed against Israel with Israel returning to the Lord for ever after. We find such descriptions in the Day of the Lord scriptures from the OT. The DOTL scriptures end with God defeating the armies invading Israel and Israel returning to the Lord for ever after just as we see in Eze 39.

Dan 12:1 And at that time shall Michael stand up, the great prince which standeth for the children of thy people: and there shall be a time of trouble, such as never was since there was a nation even to that same time: and at that time thy people shall be delivered, every one that shall be found written in the book.
Dan 12:2 And many of them that sleep in the dust of the earth shall awake, some to everlasting life, and some to shame and everlasting contempt.
We can be sure because we see the resurrection mentioned in Dan 12:1-2. Some to everlasting life and some to everlasting contempt.
Mat 25:31 When the Son of man shall come in his glory, and all the holy angels with him, then shall he sit upon the throne of his glory:
Mat 25:32 And before him shall be gathered all nations: and he shall separate them one from another, as a shepherd divideth his sheep from the goats:
We see that the wicked are separated from the good here when Jesus begins to reign. That makes sense considering in Dan 11:45 we see the the falling of the Antichrist followed by the resurrection of Dan 12.
Rev 19:20 And the beast was taken, and with him the false prophet that wrought miracles before him, with which he deceived them that had received the mark of the beast, and them that worshipped his image. These both were cast alive into a lake of fire burning with brimstone.

Rev 20:4 And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: and I saw the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had received his mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years.
Rev 20:5 But the rest of the dead lived not again until the thousand years were finished. This is the first resurrection.
And here again in Rev 19 we see the fall of the AC/FP followed by the resurrection of Rev 20. Same timing sequence yet again.

Please do not get upset with me, but after closely listening to your presentation, you started in the right direction, but then you confused Yehezkiel’s Gog war with Daniel’s four beast prophecy. In Daniel, it is not spoken of four stages of Iran, please re-read both Yehezkiel and Daniel carefully again. Sorry for my English, it’s not my mother tongue.

I dont believe that Gog/ Magog are places that exist now. . .
Contextually these events happen right before the white throne judgement and preceding the war of gog and magog is a major major major and another major earthquake. Many mountains will fall down. I think the world will be so scarred. Kings will be displaced. We would be lucky to know even the nationality of these people. For who could know? Be blessed by reading this book by all means but dont claim to understand it more than surface level. It is happening soon? At most 1017 ish years from now my friends.
