    good work !❤
    but how to sew the dress after draping ? I really want to know 😢

    • @tomeatilda
      @tomeatilda  2 года назад +7

      I handsew first with needle and thread on the mannequin and I transfer to the machine to sew. Sewing first with needle and thread keeps the pattern in place.
      You can also check this video as I did the process with the skirt here.

    Please how would you remove the drapes of the mannequin? And how do you add seam allowances, so that you can stich them together

      Do you put that on top of a lining? I dont think the drapes will hold beautifully as is. Where do you put the zipper? I can get a bed sheet and pin it in a mannequin and make it loik fabulous. Stop showing half ass videos.

    Thought you would have given the amount of fabric needed,

    • @tomeatilda
      @tomeatilda  Год назад

      This was an oversight, I’m going to include it in the description box as well. I used about 4 metres of the fabric for the dress . Thank you for watching.

    • @tomeatilda
      @tomeatilda  Год назад

      The fabric is also a 60-inch width fabric
