For years I did circuit training and plyo metrics plus spin class over 60 mins to 75 mins 4-5 times a week and was snoring by the end of it I couldn’t even cook dinner 🫤😂 I have to laugh otherwise we would go more crazy 😜.
I find working out for at least 30min and eating healthy and drinking water very helpful for my pcos, now my cycle is regular in the beginning of the month.
Honestly, cyster thank you so much for all this information. Hard to follow everything, but let's never give up. We CAN reverse our symptomps, God willing
You've got this! Just take it one step at a time and remember that you don't have to incorporate everything! Just find what works for you and stick with that 💕
I love doing these exercises. I’m taking an exercise class that meets twice a week called “Butts & Guts Workout.” 😂 It’s a mix of cardio and weight lifting. I thrive on the weights but struggle on the cardio like running. I bought a few dumbbells from the dollar store to use at home. Loving it a lot. 🏋️♀️
If I'm not a beginner (and have recently found out that I could NOT sustain even twice a week of high intensity weight training) - should I lift heavier weights? Like Goblet Squats I'm used to doing with 6-8 kg... Or should I stick to lower weights?
Good morning I have a history of PCOS but only notice when I am seeing my period a imbalance occurred oh I had my cyst on my ovarie and doctor has send my cyst had collapsed on my right my other ovarie is ok I am asking you for your suggestion I don't have any dumbbell can I do push up
You do not have to move that slow! Just lower your sets, keep the workout from 35-45 min and make time to walk at least 2-3 times a week. Our bodies aren't broken, just more susceptible to stress, so I normally take ashwaganda before a workout and I go slow but not that slow.
Yeah, I was thinking the same thing. if I threw my weights they might crush my toes or break something...no thanks! 😢 It's helpful to see someone sharing with others that you don't need hardcore cardio though. 🎉

This has been the biggest revelation because now I know I don’t have to exhaust myself doing cardio 4x a week phew thank you 🙏🏽
You are so welcome!! It took me so long to realize extreme exercise was actually preventing me from losing weight!

try playing some music you like that is fun and motivating! or try doing them in different places, like a park
so you can focus your mind on something other than your thoughts like your surroundings or the song

Great thanks, so if we talk about side lunges, my left knee is not that supportive so is it okay if it doesn't bend that much😢
Absolutely! You can always modify workouts to work for you and your body!
Please don’t throw weights around.
