Can someone explain to me why at 10:16, black taking the enemy H3 knight is the best move? Knight to D3 or E4 seem to win a queen after white's forced King move due to check.
It's true if you see it from the first glance but by playing Nd3, black just hang his own queen (although will win the queen and the bishop) If black plays Ne4, then if and only if white decided to block with hNf2 don't take the bishop nor the queen with the knight, but play Qxf2, that's the only way to win the white's queen, but I think it's too far to calculate 🤣 (and it's not forced since the king can just run away if white sees Qxf2 after Ne4 and hNf2)... So overall, Nxh3 is the safest, Ne4 is the most rewarding if white chooses to block by playing hNf2, Nd3 exchange black's queen for a queen and a bishop... So, all three have their own pros and cons 🤷 but still winning for black LUL
0:17 this is why I don't study. I use lichess with horsie piece set to remind myself to not take chess seriously, helps really well to not mald over the lose.
Oh, I think I see what you saw. I think you saw 21. Be7+ Ke8 22. Bxh4+ Kf8 23. Be7+ Ke8 24. Bf6+ Kf8 25. Bxb2. Unfortunately, the problem with that is that Black just captures White's bishop immediately with 21... Nxe7 and thereafter has mate in 6.
I assume these are all knight moves that you are talking about, in which case the correct letter is N, as K is for the king. Nd2+ is illegal, so I assume you mean Nd3+. If 1... Nd3+, then 2. Kd1 Nxc5 3. Bxf6 Bxf6. Black is still winning, but by a lesser amount. 1... Ne4+ completely loses all of Black's advantage; in fact, White is better. White has 2. Bxh4 Qxh4+ 3. Nf2 Nxc5 4. Rxh4. If 2... Nxc5, then 3. Bxf6; if 3... Qxf2+, then 4. Qxf2 Nxf2 5. Kxf2.
Because black queen is also hanging. If you take white's queen, white will take black's queen. After Nd3+ Kd1 Nxc5 Bxf6, you are only up a knight because white takes your queen too. Note that Ne4+ is a blunder because of Bxh4, and we get the same situation but not even up a knight, still leaving a very complex position after Qxh4+ Nf2.
@@ap-xw6deActually, several other people pointed out the move. There were probably also lots of people who saw the move but didn't feel the need to mention it, as it isn't the best move.

the legitimate frustration from levy trying to rationalize and figure out these moves has made my day much better
3:08 I guessed 6 moves and my 2nd guess was h4 😂😂
good guess👍
it was my first guess because I thought of one of the worst moves possible haha
That wasn't one of mine. Playing h4 in a random position is what makes these players GMs.
@@riezyt 😂😂
10:05 why do u go Kxh3+?
U can go Ke4+ or even Kd2+ bc it attack the queen and it's check...
I assume these are all knight moves that you are talking about, in which case the correct letter is N, as K is for the king. Nd2+ is illegal, so I assume you mean Nd3+.
If 1... Nd3+, then 2. Kd1 Nxc5 3. Bxf6 Bxf6. Black is still winning, but by a lesser amount.
1... Ne4+ completely loses all of Black's advantage; in fact, White is better. White has 2. Bxh4 Qxh4+ 3. Nf2 Nxc5 4. Rxh4. If 2... Nxc5, then 3. Bxf6; if 3... Qxf2+, then 4. Qxf2 Nxf2 5. Kxf2.
Doesn't Matter what the ELO is, Either 2000 or 200 the content is GREAT

“This is like… installing a front door on your house but driving the car through the sidewall to get in” 😂😂😂
I have just watched till 0:55 and I am already sure that this will end in a draw but only one person will have a Queen.
close guess, it could have happened xD
10:13 nope the best move is to attack the queen with the knight is it not?
It's funny how you seem to be the only other person who saw this move. Like isn't it obvious?
Because black queen is also hanging. If you take white's queen, white will take black's queen. After Nd3+ Kd1 Nxc5 Bxf6, you are only up a knight because white takes your queen too. Note that Ne4+ is a blunder because of Bxh4, and we get the same situation but not even up a knight, still leaving a very complex position after Qxh4+ Nf2.
@@ap-xw6deActually, several other people pointed out the move. There were probably also lots of people who saw the move but didn't feel the need to mention it, as it isn't the best move.
I want to see agadmator analyze the opening. “This isn’t exactly the main line, but it was played in a match in Stockholm in 1917. Successfully I might. But then after blacks move, we have an entirely new game.
The way the king got behind the white pawn and hide 😂😂😂😂😂 it was priceless I was crying of laughter 😂😂😂😂
That was such a tragic game :'(

I really enjoy your videos on RUclips. Entertaining and instructive. I just got over 1300, so I can see the humor here. I was wondering why you are so aggressive and rude on Twitch. It's like you are looking for a fight. You are a good instructor on youtube videos. You don't need to act like a tough guy on Twitch.
for videos he's trying to be more instructive, on twitch he's just as he is, ahving fun and passionately playing the game
