Great video Mike. My wife and I make a decent amount but in socal its still tough especially when this state taxes everything. But its all about budgeting and what you spend money on. Most of my clothes are 2-5 years old, just not something i think its worth spending money on, same with going out to eat everything saves a bit to get something you enjoy.

I’m thinking about moving to San Diego possibly.. I’m 46, brother no kids still finishing up medical school residency.. but I love going to the Carribean for the parties and women lol.. once again great video brother.. "Rich" is very subjective. Someone making $60K with no debt might be doing better than someone making $100K and like you mentioned, location plays a huge role. It's amazing how much extra money you start coming across as you pay down debt. Always use that for statue, dont use credit cards unless you pay it off next day for points.
Collecting is all about discipline, which I have none lol. I started collecting LSB, but then trickled into 1/3, 1/4 even 1/5 (MoTU Tweeterhead line). I need to make rules for myself.
@MrGizmo5602 there goes another expense. I lived out in OC, but have since moved to hood Houston. The humidity is too high to store statues in the garage and I'm too cheap to pay for storage so they're all in the house. Thanks for the reply.
