I purchased it prior to watching the video. It's on the way. Normally, I watch the reviews first and then purchase, but something about this controller stood out to me. Feel free to ask my personal thoughts after Febuary 14th, 2024. (PS: I almost went ahead and bought the Scuf Envision Pro; I saw lots of horrible reviews and backed off).
How goes the controller?
@@Johnjrambo75 The controller had a rough start due to things I didn't know then that I know now. Outside of the troubleshoot, the controller works great and feels like an expensive premium controller. Where I currently stand with it, I can recommend it.

@@Home-Grown Controller works so well, I went ahead and purchased a second one. No regrets here. Lately I been playing around with thumbstick grips for the best aim precision possible.

@@Katan4v Apparently there's a EasySMX X15. It's cheaper and I think I like the look of the DPad better. Drawback is no motion controls should you ever use it on Switch.

I'm going to pick it up, if I still have confidence with EasySMX; sadly a lot of my EasySMX controllers in the past have either have their macro buttons act on their own, or their face buttons do extra actions, and all of them only lasted two months of light use. I'd only pick it up if you've not have any problems with any EasySMX controllers in the past.
Agree with that. So far so good with this one, but my past EasySMX controllers have been for switch and were in no way anywhere near as good as this one.
I have an older model, EasySMX controller, and realized that when the buttons began to act up, it was related to the center where the two lights showing you are connected are either facing left, right or up. One of those light directions will be the correct one, and all buttons will go back to default. If you have the incorrect light direction, it will change the button configuration and behave strangely. I just finished purchasing the EASY SMX in the video, and I'm waiting for it to arrive in the mail.
Any idea if the dongle works on Steam Deck with the official dock?

You sure you cant find the app anywhere, then how do you customize it or atleast map the back butons? thanks
I found it recently, it’s hidden deep on their website, you need to download their app installation package from google drive and only work on android. I’m going to wait for an official release on appropriate app stores.
As for paddles you assign them on the fly using the controller buttons.
