I am also in same position but opted iit bhu cse because I want great campus life in ancient city of varanasi for 4 years with relatively less academic stress (once in a lifetime chance) I think at the end of 4 years what matters is what we have achieved in those 4 years and nothing else because iit bhu is not less than iit delhi in terms of placement,alumni network etc
Although the campus may seem very nice due to good videography skills But believe me its one of the worst IIT when it comes to infrastructure n stuff Speaking from here only
Still it's not even top10 nor it can be compared with old IIT. Doesnt matter when established, it became IIT just recently in 2012. Leave IIT Guwahati which is ranked 7, even IIT hyderabad and IIT Indore considered better than BHU I have visited most of them during counseling and other cllg activities. Coming to the campus size, the size of IIT part of BHU is very small compared to rest of BHU university, since it was not an Original, but converted IIT, like Dhanbad. Whereas IIT G is 700+ acres in itself. So come out of your bubble and accept this harsh reality kid. @@Rareactivities
