There are a few bits in the video on the prices of accommodation and the boat trip etc. But for a full budget we have our Cambodia travel guide video where we show how much we spend over almost 4 weeks there! Hope this helps
Actually, I left the Sihanoukville back in late 1979 by boat after surviving the genocide there but most of my family members did not make it. The city was like a ghost town then with collapsed buildings destroyed from the war. My boat landed in Phillipines island and I was thrown in jail before i was able to be treated like a political refugee. I came to the US in 1981. Only memory lives on. I've returned to visit my sole surviving sister every year for the last ten years since my retirement. She currently still lives in Phnom Penh where we grew up in the 60s before the war erupted. Happy travels from a genocide survivor!
What an amazing story. We're so glad that you found our videos and could share your story with us and our viewers. We look forward to visiting your beautiful country again soon!
They do usually but there was a tropical storm at the time we visited and so they had to postpone the boats until it was safe for them to start running again!
beautiful adventure, love it. If you can show how much you spent that would be great

It was a wild few days!
So the boats don't run everyday? Not a set schedule?
