- Truly a pleasure to build this model. Everything worked and went together without any fudging or manipulating. No stripped screws or loose hinges anywhere to be found. If it really flies like she looks, She'll be a Keeper...!!! HK 3 watt cree's will be going onboard soon.
RC Reviewer Brought the gear issue to my attention. He has an awesome flight and upon landing the gear ripped right out at the gule...or lack of it...!!! Thanks Clarence.....$$$
The Sabre will be my next plane, I just received the Avios Spitfire, BEAUTIFUL !
Nice job Skip, as usual.
my f86 landing gear still fine after 26 landings on a rough runway at my local air field thumbs up chip like the p38 video as well :-)
Very very nice .
If we were closer I would come over and have a 6 Pac.
That's one thing I found that was a issue on a grass runway, I pulled out my main retract housings and reglued them in.
+RC REVIEWER Not even going to question that. Absolutely gonna do the re-gluing. Thanks for that. May have just saved alot of flyers your experience. Good Job.
What was required to build this?
Just a Phillips and a battery and receiver.
And a matching radio of course. 6 channel minimum.
@@SkipBuiltRC nice 👍
FPV camera in place of the pilot?
Hello Skip, I i consider my self an intermediate pilot, but I never flown an EDF JET only propeller planes like p40, Mustan51, tucano60, Corsair. Do you think this sabre could be the right one for my first edf jet?
It's an easier jet to fly than most, But I would start with the 64mm version . Easy to fly. The 80mm is easy also, but more money to chance learning on.
Skip-Built, RC. Thanks Skip
Skip-Built, RC. Skip do you think the f16-v2 70mm 4S version, could be a better option for my first edf jet than the f86-sabre?
jlanda 14 good?. haven't flown mine yet.
Skip-Built, RC. Ok, thank again, always Watching all of your videos.. Thanks for sharing
Or you can wait until the main retract housing come out by themselves then glue them back in.
+RC REVIEWER LOLOLOLOLOL.....ehhhh...LOLOLOLloloo...No Thanks
You cant slow down electric retracts
Skip watch rc reviewer landing it's hard that why his landing gear come off
Really you just cruised up and down the street?? Video sucked
Thanks Buddy. But I had yo taxi test before the first flight.
There's a few of them including the maiden. Try looking for the video. Search my channel for Freewing F-86 Sabre and should bring up a few
@@SkipBuiltRC yeah but Skip .....it didnt fly I waited.... i hoped....I waited some more video ended no flight......just and f86 rolling dirty on the street.....you dashed a lot of hopes.....and I also screwed up my shorts from the anticipation and had to cut them off with my pocket knife......I hope you're happy.
