Yes, there are IO pins designated for the steering wheel buttons, use the newest version of the sketch: github.com/InfoX1337/xconnect-software

Can i use the mcb 2.2 instead of mcb 2.1?
Yes, the hardware is nearly the same, just that the transcievers and USB ports are different!

Not unless somebody gives me the ID's, or I get a MK1 Focus cluster. Most clusters unfortunately have different can ids
