I think you should get some kind of black felt or something like that to cover the gaps beside the monitor. That will help block out the light going through the gaps so it feels more realistic
The best idea for a racing sim i have ever seen! i would get some buttkickers to go under the seats if you don't already own them by now, man this inspired me to do something like this.
you should put door windows back in and tint the windows it will give you a better feel and you can run the hatch release cable into gas door opening and maybe put fan under hood blowing threw car vents for air flow
Bro!!! Get a swinging table top for your keyboard and mouse.... as for raising the mounting of your steering wheel.... Why not just drill higher holes???? It will be a lot easier than welding...
Hey I definitely do need a mount for the keyboard and mouse, it is on my christmas list! As far as the steering wheel, I am not sure what you mean by drilling higher holes? Right now it mounts from above, so you would have to cut the bracket above it and reweld it. It is liveable right now without that major surgery, but one day I may cut and reweld it all.
its been about 18months, so u probably already did a lot of stuff to it, but you should see if u could get one of those rearmirrors, that act like a screen. if u can hook that up to the pc, it would be awesome
I have a few live streams driving in the car, but if you have some specific stuff you want to see I would love to get a video up of it. I do need a video showing me using it not just a screen shot and view of my face. Let me see what I can do. ruclips.net/video/v8s5luP8U9w/видео.html
Wow that amazing a whole car in the basement ill like have that a car inside A house not half car whole car only what car to use maybe suv or maybe 2010 Camaro
@@MijoMontego Oh I totally agree, peace of mind is worth more than it all so i guess wherever that comes from is what matters. This dude is underrated, he put a freaking MINI in his basement! That isnt your everyday Inside Sim Racing rig
Thank you so much, truly appreciate the love!
"What type of engine you got in there?"
"4090 ti"

Yeah I think all of the gaps are filled now. You are right though, makes a big difference.
@@turtlefactory real fucking smart getting better at drinking and driving. Hope you get arrested and sent to jail.

Sick setup. Also your camera movement also made me dizzy...😵
Thank you! Yeah it can take a bit of adjustment to get used to for sure!
I'm doing something similar with a Saab Sonet III body I got for free.
