Hi Miranda. In my experience, same thing happened to me. I forced it and walked everyday and it made it worse. I would ice and elevate the knee. Maybe rub some CBD ointment. I also start drinking collagen for joints and it made a lot of difference. I haven’t felt pain since. Hope this helps.
this helps a LOT. I'm going to look into collagen, and i've started walking around with a cane to just assist so i don't step on it wrong. only arm exercises until i can get to the doctor!
Nice to see you posting! I hope that you're doing well and same with everyone in your household. You might need a lower impact workout for your knees. Through years of being heavy it has deteriorated the cushion between the bones in my knees. I lost a lot of weight with a stationary bike. You still get the heart rate up, tone the muscles and lose weight without harming your knees any more than they are currently. If you're feeling it, you should remake the pizza for your cooking video. I'd add some feta, maybe some gorgonzola to give it a more depth of flavor. Also cracked pepper, garlic, and perhaps some smoked paprika. As for additional toppings I'd most likely add some sun dried tomato, chives, and prosciutto. Totally make a greek yogurt and dill sauce for dipping to lighten the pizza a bit.
i love the idea of doing the mac pizza in a cooking video! i'm doing corn bread this week, but maybe next week i'll try this, it sounds sooo good with your edits!
Is this a new pizza? Or is it new to Michigan,? your the second youruber that i see do this (: also i would rest the knee than do some small leg movements untill your gigure out whats wrong
Hey Miranda 🥰 That pizza looks delish. I make my own Mac&Cheese pizza at home. I have even done it on english muffins. I messaged you a little bit ago on Instagram but you never saw it. I forget which of your Instagram accounts it was. 😂
The look on your face when the pizza slid was priceless! So freaking funny 😂. TFS 🤍.
