Tiago MR range is about 150km, LR is around 190km and eC3 is likely to be around 230-240km. That means both tiago and eC3 are better suited to daily/city commutes than long distance highway drives.
For daily city driving, Tiago MR XT at just 9.29L looks like the ideal car. Unless eC3 is very aggressively priced, it will not be able to compete. Especially as the tiago is well featured and feels premium, whereas many things and missing features, lack of liquid cooling of battery in our summers feel cheap in eC3.
Even the petrol C3 is rumoured to be running ₹50K discounts in less than a year after its launch. People find it comfortable, but dont want to buy it because it is missing too many features.

Both Tiago and eC3 are equally Indian or foreign. Motor and battery cells are imported in both cars. Rest of the car is made in India. Citroen is also planning to export it from India
